I was very disappointed I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses for 139.00 and did not even receive a cleaning cloth nor instructions on how to clean I called and never got any feedback

	Dear Customer Service, I would like to personally say Zappos is an amazing company that I will always order from. I am never disappointed with the service, merchandise, etc. I just ordered a pair of boots that I ordered the wrong size and received them yesterday and ordered the right pair last night and saw on my email that the new pair coming is arriving today which is incredibly fast service. There is no reason for me to order anywhere else for shoes. Zappos has the best selection of shoes that are gorgeous and also the customer service team is always incredible and extremely helpful. In fact, they are the nicest I have encountered. Thanks Zappos, you have a very loyal customer!!! Lara, NJ
