LOVE these shoes. They are the darned cutest things ever, and I get so many compliments on them! They are so comfortable! I'll probably pick up a pair or two extra, just to have them around when these get worn out. They do run a teensy bit small, but with the open back it's not a problem.

These shoes fit small, so be sure to order at least 1/2 size bigger (as everyone else had recommended). The style is cute and has a hint of metallic bits on the front making this style a subtle holiday hit. Only thing is the price is insane. I would never pay full price for these. I found them on sale at the Nord Half Yearly for about half. Had I not found them there, I wouldn't have purchased them.

This is my second pair of J-41s and this shoe is by far the most comfortable shoes I own. I have tried almost all brands that advertise for comfort because I am on my feet all day teaching. This shoe is by far the most comfortable and worth every cent. It is also stylish; it looks good with black pants to blue jeans! Wonderful shoe!

Great shoes! I have a plate on my leg/ankle and have to be very careful with heels. These shoes do not hurt, they help you with balance, width is perfect but beware; I had to get them 1 size bigger. They run small. However once you get the right fit, they are extremely comfortable.

I just love J-41s! I have numerous pairs of many styles which include the Jasper, the Continental, the Journey, the Grand and the St. Martin. Quality and comfort is awesome but what makes them even better, they are so cute! Recommend them to everyone that inquires.

I love J-41s and walked all over Amsterdam's cobblestone streets for miles wearing a pair that looked and felt great. While I really like my Jasper's they are not as true to size as others. I am always a 7, but had to order an 8 (a7.5 might have worked, but I can wear light socks with these.) They look great and are very versatile. Not the total comfort of open-toes, but comfy nonetheless. Neat shoes.

I absolutely love this shoe! Strangers stop me to ask where I got them, including several in a local shoe store where I was browsing--the manager\'s ears perked up. I got them in brown, and will probably get a black pair. I ordered them 1/2 size larger and they fit perfectly.

I love these shoes. Very comfortable. I could walk all day in these shoes. I get compliments on them every time I wear them. You will, however, need to order these at least 1/2 size larger than you typically wear.

These are my new favorite shoes! Every time I wear these shoes I receive tons of compliments on them. This is my third pair of J-41 shoes and they have all been wonderful. This style does run a half to whole size small. I normally wear a 8.5-9 and the 9.5 fit perfectly.

Very stylish and cute shoe! This shoe does run about 1/2 size small so order up, even with it being backless. I am on my feet all day at work, and this shoe gives me a little extra height without the pain of wearing actual heels. It looks good with skirts and with pants. The floral pattern on the arch gives it a special little kick; all of my co-workers loved it.

I ordered two J-41s at the same time. The "Grand" fit in a 1/2 size larger than I would normally get (8 instead of 7 1/2 in my case), but this "Jasper" is still not fitting right. It's so cute that I'm sending it back for yet a 1/2 size again larger. My recommendation: because these open-backed ones have a little lip at the heel, get a full size larger than your regular size. Adorable shoe!

These shoes are so cute! I have them in black. I wear a 7 1/2 to 8. These run a little small. The 8 fit perfectly. The strap is adjustable, which is nice. The front of the shoe above the toe area seemed a little low like it was pressing down on my big toe, but it worked out after wearing them around the house. These shoes work great with socks, too!

I bought these shoes because they fit the criteria that my foot specialist gave me. I have very flat feet and have had several surgeries on my toe joints.She said get something hard, rigid and unbendable, with a good support system for the arch. Well, this shoe does all that and more. I thought I was doomed to ugly shoes, but I was wrong. I have received more compliments on this particular pair of shoes than any I have ever owned, not Dr. recommended. Thanks.

OMG, I paid a bit more than I normally would for these shoes and I'm so glad I did! Every time I wear them I get at least one compliment, even from total strangers. I don't usually wear heels but these shoes upped my height to 5'2" in a way that was totally comfortable. I can't run down the street in them, but they are comfortable for commuting on the subway and moving around the office. "Break in" time is minimal.

Absolutely fantastic shoe! Looks cute and is extremely comfortable. It is almost like having a shoe that is one with your foot. The info about the lining and no odor is true too. It does run a tad small. My regular size was too tight. Went up half a size and that was perfect.

I love that this is a casual shoe with a nice heel height, since I am only 5'1. The first time I wore them I was on my feet for four hours straight and they were so comfortable. Thank you J-41!

The fit is wonderful from the moment out of the box. I found they fit true to size. I purchased a second pair with a closed heel and love them too! I normally wear danskos this is a change for me and I love them.

I already have a pair in black with open toes and love them. They are so comfortable. I get many compliments. I am on my feet a lot and for a change decided to order the Jasper J-41. They are not as comfortable. Much tighter in the front. I needed to go up in size from 38 to 39. I have worn them very little so far and hope that they will soften with time. I still think they are great shoes.

If you like Keens, you're sure to like J41. The sizing is very similar to Keens also. I typically wear a 5 - 5 1/2 in regular shoes and ordered these in a 6 and they fit perfectly. The heels are very sturdy, not rubbery, but still comfortable to wear all day long. I highly recommend and am ready to buy another pair of J41's!

I have a pair of Journeys and love them altho they run a bit wide. I thought Jaspers would fit about the same, but not at all. I went up 1/2 size and they are too tight and much stiffer, no give. I love J-41s for the style, comfort and cuteness, but size consistancy would also be appreciated. These shoes are really, really cute though.

What a comfortable and stylish shoe! Roomy toebox and adjustable strap. I normally wear a size 7 but I went up a 1/2 size in these and the fit is great. Have gotten alot of compliments on these shoes. A good alternative to the Privo Tip which was my favorite shoe but is no longer available.

I have 5 pairs of the J-41 Journey, and I love them. So when this Jasper showed up, I thought: it looks the same, except it\'s a closed shoe for fall and winter. Cool! Except that I can\'t get it to fit. With the Journey, I went down 1/2 a size for a perfect all-day-comfortable fit. With this shoe, I\'ve gone up a full size, and it still isn\'t right. I\'m hoping for some additional reviews of sizing and fit to guide me to wearing this shoe. I love the J-41 construction and stability, and the styling of the Journey/Jasper is lots of fun. I thought this Jasper would be a hit- but not if I can\'t wear it!

I only placed my order yesterday and yet today I get home from work and SURPRISE! My boots are here! Free shipping, fast shipping, giant selection...what else can a customer ask for? Customer service in general is lacking when dealing with other retailers but Zappos rules!
