DO NOT GET THESE SHOES WET, THEY FALL APART! My first pair fell apart after walking on the beach. I did not soak them but they did get damp. The second pair fell apart too, after just normal use for one month, never got them very wet. This is no sport shoe, it is a silly useless shoe. I love how these fit but am going to check out other brands.

Love them. They fit wonderfully, have good interior support, feel solid, look great, and have the added bonus of a really neat-looking bottom. I bought these after I had to dump my simillarly styled Privos; these are better.

I cannot sing enough praises for these shoes. I tell everyone I know (and like) about them. I even bought a pair of the boots so that I could wear J-41s no matter the weather. I have suffered from foot, knee, and back pain for year, and have been on the eternal search for the right combination of shoes and inserts that would help baby my important feet. I am fairly active, lots of time at the gym, walking, and I stand 7-8 hours a day at my job, so by the end of most days my feet were screaming. It was to the point where I was looking at custom orthotics to solve my plantar fasciitis, but then I stumbled upon J-41s. I ordered from Zappos figuring the worst that would happen was I wouldn’t like them and I could send them back with no hassle. I love these shoes. Within a week of wearing them, my foot pain was completely gone! Because of the way the shoes are built, your heel and toe are at the same level, with just the gentlest or arches in between so there are no pressure points. It’s like walking barefoot on a cushioned surface. It takes a little getting used to, because you stand and walk differently, but in the long run these are good changes. I can’t wait until their product line gets bigger, but I will be ordering sandals and more shoes next year for certain. And as icing on the cake, they look pretty cool, too!

These shoes run a little small. I am a true 8, but had to send back the size 8 I originally ordered. The size 8 1/2 arrived yesterday and they fit perfectly. Comfortable and attractive shoes.

I actually saw these shoes in a store and was told they did not come in my size. Zappos to the rescue!! I called. They had them, and I received them the next day. I had made a mistake with the size. No problem for Zappos!! I returned them and the correct size was delivered the next day!! Haven\\\\\\\'t worn the shoes yet. Saving them for winter. But they fit, and I\\\\\\\'m looking forward to wear and enjoy them. THANK You, ZAPPOS!

I really liked these shoes but had to send them back because they were too narrow. Otherwise, they felt like they would be very comfortable to wear all day. Wish they came in a wider width.

 |  | I just called Zappos to ask questions about shoe width (I need a wider size) and a rep helped me to find some boots that come in wide sizes, of which I ordered two pair. She was very helpful and friendly, and also upgraded me to VIP status. I'm THRILLED that my order will come tomorrow! And my return will be sped up as well. Thanks to the rep for doing a great job!
