So comfortable! These shoes were extremely comfortable from the moment I put them on! Ordered a 9 which I usually wear and they were surprisingly small. Will definitely get them in the 9.5! The height is great, and the padded arch support is to die for. I have 2 other pairs of J41 sandals and these did not let me down! Also, my feet were VERY toasty after just wearing around the house, so if you're looking for warmth, this is also your shoe.

I love love these shoes! They are comfortable and give you a little height too. I usually wear an 8 but I needed an 81/2 and they are perfect. My feet are a little narrow so ivwould not reccommend these if you have wide feet.

These unique and stylish shoes are unfortunately going back to Zappos. The fit is very odd, narrow in the toes and wide in the heel. They run about a half size small, but the width thing is really the issue. So disappointed with these cute shoes. At least Zappos service was exceptional as always!

After finding that I needed a larger size in the shoes I ordered from Zappos, I immediately called customer service and they were absolutely fantastic in making the exchange with no cost to me. They even shipped the new size overnight. I will not hesitate using Zappos in the future and have recommened it to my friends.

I love these shoes. Very comfortable and stylish. Fit exactly to my size 8, the chestnut is a great color, looks great with jeans. A great shoe and will probably order in black.

I love these shoes great comfort and warm. Get 1/2 size larger due to the cushy inside if you wear heavy socks.

I have a 11-month old and am always on the go to mom\'s groups and traveling, so I need comfortable shoes. I find myself to be a fashionable person and I hate sneakers as well. I\'ve been looking for a while for some good shoes for months now. I finally found them. They are warm, comfortable, give me a little height, and good for the changing seasons. You do need to order a size bigger. I got the brown and now my mom and some other friends want a pair! I almost didn\'t come back with them from my trip to Maryland since my they were all trying to steal them from me! Great job Zappos, quality product.

These are cute, comfortable, and really, really warm. Great with skirts, jeans, slacks. Very fun detailing. I did have to exchange them for a larger size. I am almost always an 8.5, but had to exchange for a half-size up. The 9s fit perfectly. Also, my toe does tend to slip down and hit the front a bit.... not enough to make them really uncomfortable, but just enough to annoy me a little.

J-41 shoes are the best! I own several pairs of the clog styles and they are all so comfortable; can walk in them all day and no discomfort. I also get compliments and inquiries about them wherever I go. I do recommend that you buy a half size larger than your regular.

Wow do I love these shoes! They are comfy, warm, & cute. They look great with jeans, of course, and keep my hems from dragging because of the wedge heel. The best thing is that you can walk and walk in them, they are so comfortable! I got the black, and I love the patent detail and the silver snowflakes peeping out. You won\'t be disappointed with these!

First, I love Zappos. The service is great. I never shop for shoes anywhere but with you. I like the fit and look of the J-41 Capri. I cannot wait until it is cold enough to wear them. I have worn J-41 all summer and the comfort is great, and the styles are so cute. Thank you Zappos for the service and a good product.

I just got these thanks to Zappos overnighting them to me. I put them on and didn't want to take them off. They are wonderful. Its 90 degrees outside so I had to put them away for winter, but can't wait till I can wear them every day. The size was perfect and so cute. Don't be left out and buy yours today!

Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
