Love these shoes! I have never had much luck with Privos but these shoes are great. They do not rub anywhere, even on my very sensitive heels. They are light-weight and comfortable, great without socks. They aren't terribly supportive but I would rather wear these all day than almost any other shoe I own except my UGG boots.

Did I buy the same shoes as everyone else? Knee killer. I bought these based on all the positive reviews. Needed a good but stylish walking shoe for shopping, sightseeing, etc. First, it took me three tries to get a size that fit. Had to size down TWICE from my usual size. Not even true to Clarks sizes. But, the biggest problem I've had is that after wearing these shoes, even if I don't walk a lot, my knees and back feel absolutely shredded! There is something about these that don't just kill my feet; they seem to throw my whole alignment out of balance and take a huge toll on my entire body. I don't find them well padded, and the alignment seems truly flawed. They are adorable, and seem to work for others, but absolutely not for me. Try them before you commit. I'd hesitate to order Privos w/o trying them on first. Sizing and alignment seem to be really quirky, which is odd for Clarks.

These Privos are the perfect little summertime flat; sporty, almost ballet-slipper from the top, with the heart and soul of a tennie. They are great for daily wear, and I love them for the beach (this is my second pair). The style has been refined since my first pair; these are lighter looking. I had to get a half size smaller than I usually wear. But Zappos came through with them in two days!

Love these shoes. I have bunions and flat feet (real attractive, I know!), but these fit like slippers and are so stylish. I have taken them off and shown them to people who I expected to compliment me right away. It's unanimous, they're way cute! Will definitely order another Privo shoe.

These shoes are very comfortable. Nothing digs in on the ankle or on top of the foot. I\'ve worn them in hot weather and did not get a blister. Just wished they weren\'t so expensive.

Best shoes ever--I bought these because I just had my first baby and wanted a summer shoe that wasn't a flip flop or backless to ensure they would stay on if I lost my footing while carrying the little guy in his car seat! THEY ARE AWESOME!!! I am buying another pair for next year! I can wear them without socks to the gym for spin class or to the pool or on long walks with a baby stroller!! BEST SHOES EVER!!

My favorite pair of shoes!
When I bought my first pair of these I was very impressed. They are so comfortable I wear them all the time. I injured my foot a few years ago, and usually have to wear orthotic inserts with my shoes, but these were so supportive that I don't have to wear my inserts with them. I got quite a few compliments about them and my sister-in-law even bought a pair after she tried mine on. I just bought 2 more pairs in different colors because my original pair (stone) got pretty dirty. If I was allowed to have one more pair of shoes for the rest of my life these would be it!

Great shoe, except for the staining. I bought these prior to a week long city vacation, where I spent hours a day walking around, standing in museums, etc. They were great in terms of comfort and looks, which I've come to expect from Privo; this was my 6th pair of Privos. However, if the shoes get wet, your feet will become stained black. I was able, with a LOT of scrubbing, to get the stains off my feet, but my toenails were pretty well permanently stained, I don't have polished toenails, it took a couple of weeks for it to wear off. The first time I've had this problem with any Privos. Too bad, they are great in every other way.

Wonderful shoes, except for staining on feet. I purchased these shoes in black and have worn them for the last three days to work. I wear them barefoot, and they are very comfortable. I have no rubbing problems. They do run a half size smaller. I have no problems with the elastic on top, even though my feet tend to run wide. However, my feet are stained black after wearing them only a few hours. It's totally gross. My feet are not sweating in them, they are very comfortable in every other way. I will definitely be buying more Privo shoes.

I normally wear an 8 1/2 (which was too big), went down to an 8 which is perfect. I have a very high arch so this shoe, as with most, is limited on arch support. I wanted a shoe for an upcoming trip to Italy. After reading numerous reviews, I finally settled on this one. The toe box is roomy, no issues there. The elastic on top is a little tight and digs into the top of my foot. I wore the shoes and went for a 20 minute walk. What I have to show for it are some serious blisters. I will try this again with a band-aid and see if it improves the situation. I am a little disappointed as I tend not to buy shoes that I have to walk in.

I bought these shoes before beginning a 3-month contract working in rural Africa. These shoes got me through a 20-hour plane ride, government ceremonies, walks through rice paddies, and more. I never got a blister, and they were comfortable and great without socks.

LOVE these. Bought them and immediately wore them on a trip to Boston. Walked ALL over the city. Perfectly comfortable. Came home and ordered another pair. Several people have asked me about them. They are casual but cute. Not clunky and ugly like similar styles. I did get a half size smaller than my regular size. Fits great and still have a little (not too much) extra room at the toes. I got the Stone Berry. Nice neutral color.

I now have 4 pairs (black, navy, stone and white) of this style and I wear them constantly. Privo Berry are great for those of us who don\'t like to wear socks. Heel liners prevent blisters. My right leg is shorter than the left, so the larger size allows use of innersoles. Otherwise, the 11B would be too big.

Wonderful, comfortable shoes for work! I work in retail, running around without sitting for anywhere from four to eight hours at a time, and these shoes save my life! I've got them in various colors, and I can't say enough good things about them. Of course, the balance between comfort and style can be tenuous, but in this case, they're really not bad.

Cute & Comfy -
I bought these in black. Like most Privos, they run a little big - I normally wear a 6.5-7 and the 6.5 is plenty roomy. I was looking for this kind of rugged/sport inspired mary jane that was comfy enough to wear without socks. This shoe fits the bill, although if I were to wear it without a blister bandage or band-aid on my heel, it would give me blisters. If you are someone who can normally wear shoes without socks with no problem, these will probably be fine for you as well. Aside from the heel blisters, which would probably happen to me with any similar shoe, the only thing I don't like about it is that the elastic and leather strap that goes across the top part of the foot is a little tight, and the point of the leather strap can dig in to the top of your foot. I found that giving a few tugs on the elastic to reposition it and stretch it a little really helped, and the longer I've been wearing them the less I notice it. I'm sure the elastic will stretch out over time to be just fine. Overall I would recommend them - they aren't exactly what I wanted, but they're pretty darn close.

These shoes fit snugly, but as a summer shoe with no socks they were perfect. I have several pairs of Privos and these ballet style are the most flattering on but also the least sturdy. I have gotten several compliments and wear them with summer pants and shorts. Would not do serious outdoor walking in them like on paths, but great as an all day city shoe. Very comfortable.

I purchased these shoes because I recently took a part time job in a bookstore requiring long stretches on my feet. It's summer so my usual clogs would not do. These fit the bill; however, I do also wear cushioned supports for added comfort and mini-low cut sock liners (can't be seen) so feet don't get sweaty. There was no breaking in phase; shoes were comfy on hour one and have remained so. Plus they are about as attractive as could be expected for a shoe that's designed for comfort, not elegance. Would definitely recommend them.

I am planning a trip in August/September and looking for the quintessential travel shoe: looks cute with skirts or shorts, feels comfortable, and easy to pack. These were 90% there: cute, lightweight, but not durable enough for an entire day of walking and keep my plantar fasciitis at bay. If this had a better cushion I would have kept them. The toe box was roomy. I am usually a 6.5 but 6.0 fit just fine; even with a light sock.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Every time I put them on I say, over and over again, "I love these shoes!" I wore these every single day on a 10 day trip to Mexico and every day on a 5 week trip to Italy. My feet never got tired, never sweated, and never hurt. Much better than tennis shoes for touring and wearing around town!

I have had Privos in the past and found them very comfy. I bought this pair for a vacation to Washington DC knowing I\'d be doing lots of walking. These were awesome. Very comfortable, with very little break in period. I love them.

I love these shoes. I wear a size 11 and am very self-conscious of my feet, but these are cute and comfortable. I also bought a pair in stone. Size and width are perfect for my 11B feet.

Great buy!
I was looking for a stylish but comfortable shoe to alternate with my high heels at work as well as on weekends. I tried several different styles (Privo Comice, Privo Kosmo) and definitely like this best. Although it doesn't have quite the cushioning of the Privo Kosmo it is very comfortable and very cute! Note that I definitely needed to go a half size down from what I usually wear. The straps across the top seemed a little tight at first but have definitely been worn in after just one wear and without my having to suffer any blisters or even much discomfort.
