I have recently started experiencing some discomfort due to my high arches and have been looking for shoes that provide good cushion in the sole and arch support as well as durability. This Born shoe has fit the requirements very well and looks cute with my dress casual wardrobe of pants, shirts, and sweaters. The adjustable velcro buckle made the deal for me as I have a slightly narrow foot, not narrow enough to wear a true narrow size but narrow enough that I have to wear socks with shoes and sometimes that\'s not enough, so the small adjustment with the velcro gave me the perfect fit. Zappos was very patient with me as I made four shoe purchases trying to find the right fit and as always there was no charge for shipping either way!

Zappos was recommended by a friend, one visit and I was hooked. The selection is great, I had trouble limiting myself. The Born honesty shoes are great. I have had Born shoes similiar in the past, but I wore them out. These shoes were exactly what I was looking for.

I love these shoes, they are so comfortable. These are the 2nd pair of Born shoes I have and I will be buying more. I have narrow feet and this is one of the only brands I can wear without getting a narrow.

I usually wouldn't bother to write a shoe review, but I love these shoes and want to let others know how comfortable and sturdy they are. Absolutely my favorite pair of everyday shoes!

Love the style of this shoe. I wanted it in brown but not available in my size so I purchased black. The black has brown undertones so it goes well with most clothing and handbags. Size is true, enough support, a little tight in the width. Will take a little breaking in.

Well-made, good support. No break-in period necessary. They fit my narrow foot really well. I think I'll look for this same shoe in black!

I don\'t normally buy shoes without trying them on first but have been so satisfied with Zappos that I gave it a try, knowing the return policy is quite generous. I\'m glad I did. These shoes are so comfortable and fit perfectly. I didn\'t even need to break them in as I wore them all day the first day I had them.
