These are beautiful boots. The upper part is very form fitting so they are very elegant. They don\'t gap open at the top like a lot of boots.

These boots are fabulous! Very comfortable and, best of all, make my legs look long and lean! The leather is beautiful. Worth every cent!

Thank you, Zappos for the best customer service I've ever experienced with an online retailer! The Stuart Weitzman Streamline boots looked exactly like the picture and they are very comfortable and fit well. I bought half size up because I wasn't sure if size 7 would be too snug. I'm glad I made that decision! I can't wait to wear them in the Fall! They are so sleek and sexy. I have small calves so they are perfect.

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site I would probably fill one out after every order.
