This is a great shoe. Seems to be a great company. I've used another brand for 13 years, but once I was educated about Brooks and gave it a shot, they've sold me! As long as they keep their standards of quality up, I'll be with them for a long time!

This pair of shoes is very good. I have trouble finding shoes the right length, thus my biggest problem. These shoes are a short 13. I have been using running shoes for over 30 years(most of my brands have been New Balance and Addias). I had to leave New Balance when they stopped making their shoes in the US. Evidently the American last are larger than the other last. Cushion in the Ravenna is good and it wears well.

 |  | Team Zappos, I ordered my shoes yesterday and was delighted to see that the shipping was upgraded free of charge. A very nice touch. However, I was astounded when I found the shoes at my front door this afternoon. How did you pull that off? No one is this fast… no one. Is there a flying caped Zappos team member drinking espresso shots all night moving shoes about the country?! WOW WOW WOW!!! TEAM ZAPPOS – YOU’VE JUST EARNED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. The only name in my book and blasted all over my face book and twitter is ZAPPOS because I ordered my shoes and ZAP, they were at my door. ABSOLUTELY ASTOUNDING OVER THE TOP, I’M DANCING AROUND IN MY NEW SHOES! Thank you, thank you, thank you for doing what you do. Bernie “Zappos for life."
