These shoes are so comfortable and have a lot of support. Zappos is wonderful with no shipping either way. Much easier shopping than a trip to the mall.

This is a beautiful shoe. I wanted/expected to love it, as I do most of my other Stuart Weitzmans. When I first started wearing the shoes, they felt fine... but eventually, the heel area stretched to the point that I have a hard time keeping the shoes on my feet; they flop up and down on my heels when I walk. My foot is pretty average, a little flat, heel not particularly narrow. The front of the shoe fits, so putting a full insole in the shoe doesn’t help; it cramps my toes. I’ve bought an adhesive "butterfly" in the back of the shoe, which helps but doesn’t make the fit OK.

Looks great, but had to return it - Initially the shoe seemed reasonably comfortable, but I eventually decided that they were just too heavy! Couldn't see walking around in these for long periods (an upcoming trip), so I returned them. I own several Stuart dress shoes and boots and they are great. But for this season I'll probably avoid their casual shoes and stay with Cole Haan for comfortable casuals.

 |  | I ordered some Globe Castros, but they were too big and so I needed to send them back. I was surprised at how customer friendly the instructions were and how quickly I was able to get my return label. Immediately after that I put another order except one size lower. Apparently I checked today and my item was put on priority with no extra cost. That is awesome customer service. Thanks Zappos team and continue providing this outstanding service!
