Gorgeous slingback if you like a bit of bling and heels. I just tried them on the carpet and they seem just fine. I can't really say much as I buy shoes and put down since my size is unavailable in the UK (13m/w), which is why I purchased the bittersweet (chocolate brown) and platinum.

These shoes are so gorgeous. The fit is very comfortable even with it being a 4 inch heel. The platform style adds to the comfortable feel of the shoe. I have not yet worn the shoe out, but I am sure that I will field many compliments. Zappos overnight shipping rules.

These shoes are so awesome! I can never tell with sling backs if I will hate or love them, and these, I love. I have received compliments from everyone who saw them. The platform is just enough to decrease the height of the heel and thus is a very comfortable shoe. No foot petals needed. I am usually a 5.5-6 and I bought them in a 6 and they are a perfect fit. If you are debating, I would go up a 1/2 size.
