As usual Zappos can provide when others fall short. I got a big foot that needs a big shoe and thanks to Zap I don\'t have to settle. Althought they felt narrow at first, slip-on suede Puma\'s had a fast break-in and were true to size. Real comfortable, easy and old school cool.

Got these Puma slip-on shoes for my 13-year old son. He absolutely loves them. They arrived very quickly and fit, so no problem there.

I bought both the PUMA Suede Slip-ons and PUMA The Suedes (the ones with laces). Both look amazing. However, while the PUMA Suedes (with laces) fit my feet like gloves on US 9.5 size, the slip on Suedes felt too big for me at 9.5. I recommend buying a half size smaller than what you would normally get. Overall these slip-on suedes are unbeatable in looks and actually feels extremely comfortable even though I probably won't be able to run with them. I will likely return them and buy the same pair at 9.0 size.

 |  | I just want to say that I love you guys! Your response time is incredible in every way. I have been ordering from you for many years and tell everyone I know to shop with you. I always get my shoes immediately upon ordering either the very next day or the day after that. Incredible!!! Returning items is easier than anywhere else. And when I screw up an order, you are right there immediately to help out. I'm a fan on Facebook and truly admire your company and even had my cat on your news feed sitting in HIS Zappos box. And I do mean HIS! Keep up the great work as you are an excellent company with excellent employees!
