This shirt is great. I'm out of shape, going but not completely gone to fat and this shirt fits snug enough to kind of hide that pinch an inch pudge. Function wise it feels cool, does get Whoa! stench from the sweat wicking fabric. The SPF really works. The style is loud and probably too much for casual Fridays, it's going too look silly if I get any heavier and I spaz a bit getting out of it, something to think about if you're not flexible or patient. Warm temps are best for this shirt, nips doinking out for a cool breeze is awkward for a dude. Don't know for workouts probably too tight, but the fabric and SPF make it money well spent as a walking around lazy day or no thorns/barbs yardwork shirt. Something I just remembered about SPF shirts is how tan my hands and face got from the increased tolerance for staying in sun. I don't want a can tan, but it is pretty funny the SPF works like cotton Ts and long sleeves just don't. You may want all of your outdoor gear out of similar stuff.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Oneill SPF Tshirt(don\'t know if Zappos has it) Oakley hoodie and ?it\'s a shirt.

 |  | Most of the time people just email to complain. This is just the opposite. I'm totally thrilled with my purchase, as I have been in the past just buying shoes. This is going to be the best Christmas ever for my mom. I was a wee bit unsure about ordering some clothing online for her since she is so incredibly fussy, but this item is perfect!
