Very stylish, quality shoe that works equally well with jeans or dress slacks. However, I felt that they ran a bit on the small side. They were also a bit narrow for me in the toe box because I have a bunion and unfortunately, the Narita is not offered in wide. If you can wear a somewhat narrow shoe with no issues, I recommend the Narita. Otherwise, I suggest looking for one of the Clark styles offered in wide. So, I give it 3 stars for Comfort because I think it does run a bit narrow, but gave it a 4 overall because some of the discomfort is due to my own foot problem.

My favorite shoe. I love this shoe. I have both colors, and have reordered black again, one for work, one for home. My feet say "thank you" for this shoe's comfort and cute style.

These shoes are perfect! At first I didn\'t think I\'d like the high heel but these felt really good and are very stylish with jeans, pants, or skirts.

Love these shoe boots. Due to my odd size 11N that's long, flat and narrow as I can get it. I generally also end up in a athletic shoe or a sandals with straps for adjustments. Need more colors. I wear these with everything. Good job, Clarks. One more thing. I will not wear a shoe that requires a break in period. It either fits and is comfortable or it's not.

This shoe was comfortable out of the box, and looks great with pants. The heel is high, but not too much, and remains comfortable through a normal workday - some sitting, some standing and some walking. I wouldn\'t recommend it for long days on your feet, however. Lots of compliments from others.

Clarks' Narita. Great shoe! I ordered this to go with menswear-inspired office wardrobe items for fall and winter and am so glad I did. Size 11 is usually a bit short for me and 12 much too long, but these, in 11 wide, are perfect. I don't think the wide is a true wide width as they are just right for me and most Clarks styles in medium usually fit me comfortably if snugly. Also, they definitely hit right at the ankle, so if yours swell during the day you might have "muffin top" at the top of your shoes. They look great with dress pants and I think, as other have said, will work with tights and a skirt or dress, too, and will dress up your jeans as well. I have high insteps, but the shoe is generous on top and they lace up without looking like I had to loosen the laces. The leather is beautiful, and the interior feels like velvet. The 2" heel measurement is taken on the short side of the heel, under the shoe; if measuring at the back of the heel where it's longest, that measurement is 2 and 3/4". There's not much "platform" on the sole so they felt a little taller than I anticipated, but are very cushy and comfortable for walking around and standing. No break-in time needed; they went from the box to Saturday shopping and my feet still felt great when I got home. Five stars all around for the shoes, and Zappos, you set the unbeatable standard for customer service and fast shipping with free overnight upgrade!

I am a corporate executive with a heavy travel schedule. This is a great work shoe, particularly for travel and conferences/trade shows where you are on your feet giving presentations, in the booth, in and out of airports, etc. \r\n\r\nVery comfortable and sturdy, yet the heel is high enough that even my longer suit pants which are hemmed to wear with heels still work. I wear them with thin socks or tights. The oxford style looks retro-modern and stylish, particularly with pants. 4 stars on style only because I am not crazy about the look of them with tights/skirts (which I hoped would be the case), but that might grow on me with time. \r\n\r\nI normally do not require a wide shoe, but have found other Clarks to be a little tight across the top of my foot and my feet sometimes swell a bit on cross-country flights, so I ordered my regular size in wide and they fit perfectly, particularly since you have the option to tie the laces tight or loose.

Too dang cute, but also really well-made and so comfortable. Am not a heels person, but these? Perfect. Adorable with tights and a skirt or with pants. Plus, they look pretty small on my 9.5 foot!

So comfortable! I had to go up an entire size for this shoe to fit properly; which I find odd because I have a pair of Clarks from two years ago that fit fine in my normal size. These are extremely comfortable and if styled properly, you could wear them with a casual skirt; looks great with jeans/trousers.

These are probably the most comfortable shoes I've ever had! I wear them with dress pants. So comfortable from the minute I put them on! I usually wear an 11 wide, but 11 medium was fine. Love them! Thank you Zappos for your continued stellar service!

Awesome fall/winter shoe! I love this shoe! It has a nice retro/granny look, perfect heel height, fits my foot nice while being neither clunky or pinchy. I wear a size 12 so I often have problems with getting shoes that fit well. Little to no break-in needed! Yay, Clarks! Yay, Zappos!

I’m super happy with these shoes. They look nice in-person and are very comfortable. I’m a 9.5W and ordered a 10W because I thought the Clarks sandals were running a little small this past summer. Probably could have stuck with 9.5W, but the 10s work fine and now I’ll have some extra room for thicker socks if necessary. Shoes look nice with pants or with tights and skirt.

Excellent shoe, extremely comfortable on my 8W feet. I may even buy another pair for when these wear out since I wear them practically everyday to work. Then I wear them all weekend, too. I think I'll get the extra pair right now.

Great shoe, very comfortable. I have a small foot, but very wide and high arch. I was concerned that these may not be wide enough but they were, and very comfortable the minute I put them on. I originally ordered a pair in brown and like them so much I ordered another pair in black. These would be too "heavy" I think for dresses, but they look great with slacks and jeans.

The shoe would be perfect but for that extra pad at the back of the upper ankle region. It causes much discomfort and pain after walking for a while. That\'s too bad. When I tried it on and stood on it; I thought "eureka!" so comfortable; BUT when I started walking, the annoying jab from the upper back ankle pad, made it an absolute no-no. Sorry Clarks. Please could you redesign and remove that extra ankle jab pad? Thanks.

I am a property manager in a resort condominium complex. I walk up and down stairs and from one area to another, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. However, I like to look sharp while I am walking and these shoes hit the mark! I am comfortable (even on the 1st day of wearing) but I also look great. When I opened the box, they looked so tiny that I didn\'t think my size 8 foot would fit into them but they did perfectly and I love them. I would recommend them to any woman who wants to take care of business while looking good.

I have a problem finding shoes to fit my narrow foot (especially my heel) and support my weak arches. These shoes do both. I usually have to use some kind of orthotic, but not this time. They feel so comfortable, and they are good looking, too! Thanks Zappos.

From day one, no pain! I can wear these all day and that\'s unheard of for my feet. I have skinny, bony feet and even narrower heels. I can lace these shoes up so I have secure, comfortable support. Love them!

Excellent shoes! I wear these on my feet for 12 hours a day as a retail manager, and then I go to my second job at a hospital for another 12 hours, and these shoes don't hurt one bit. The fit is excellent! The style is classic and tailored! The feel is exquisite! A truly great shoe! I just wish that more heeled shoes came in a 12W! I would buy 50 of these if I could!

Stylish and comfy for work. I love this shoe. I have another pair of Clarks and they are also wider than normal, and I have wide feet, too. But these shoes are so attractive for work. I wanted an Oxford type, but with more stylish high heel. This one is perfect and so comfy! I can't wait to wear them to my new job next week!

Great shoe, and I love that it was available in the rare 11 narrow size, meaning I can wear them without adding extra insoles. Good padded sole, no rubbing. I have lots of shoes with taller heels, so I'm returning these in favor of a pair of clogs, for wintry weather when I'm on my feet all day.

I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
