I purchased a pair of Jumping Jacks for my son. I never thought I would get him to wear anything other then athletic shoes, and now he would rather wear these on a daily basis. He loves them!

These are the best fitting (narrow width), most comfortable school uniform dress shoes we\'ve bought for our son so far. The hook and loop closure lays pretty flat, so it looks much nicer than other H&L dress shoes. Zappos rep helped me with sizing; it seems hard to find narrow boys shoes.

I bought these for my 10 year old son for school. These shoes look great and he says they are very comfortable. His feet are on the broad side; therefore, the toes are roomy.

I was pleased to receive the Jumping Jacks Brandon (Youth 2) for my son. As expected the shoe has maintained the high standards I have grown to know. I wore Jumping Jacks as a child. The shoe has a durable construction with quality leather. I especially like the padded heel as my son has a narrow heel and is hard to fit. He says they are very comfortable. The Zappos staff provides excellent customer service, no surprise why they are #1.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: The Timberland loafer we loved I have purchased two pairs in a row as they are comfortable and durable.

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
