Shoe Arch: Excellent arch support
So far these shoes have held up whereas others have not for my son. They are extremely comfortable and easy for him to put on. His other shoes rubbed his ankles (metal bands) raw and pinched his toes. I have always liked New Balance for myself and I am pleased they have them for children. My sons have wide feet and the stores carry narrow to medium only. They are terrific! I hope they last.

My son LOVES these sneakers and so do I. They have excellent support, are lightweight, and breathe beautifully so they are staying dry and clean inside. The velcro closure is as secure as a tie-shoe, yet the convenience of instant "off and on" just can\'t be overstated.

Bought these shoes for grandson. They fit him perfect, he has a wide foot, and most shoes are to tight. Theshoes are made to last, he is very hard on shoes, new balance are made for boys like him. And as far as Zappos, no problem at all dealing with them. They ship out fast, and if there is a problem with wrong size or fit they refund or exchange promptly. You will not be disappointed with the service.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: For him only new balance wll do.

 |  | Thank you, thank you! I'm thinking the Zappos customer service team must be made up of magical wizards, and I am getting spoiled! I called yesterday to exchange sneakers for a larger size, and late last night ordered some girly shoes, and this morning BOTH the sneakers and the shoes were at my door! I am stunned! Today I called a different place to order a specialty item (after checking Zappos site for something similar first, of course) and there is just no comparison whatsoever. Now I must wait at least a week for my order from this other place, and on top of that, pay ten bucks shipping! See, I am spoiled by Zappos spectacular customer service. Thank you so much!
