Cute, cute, comfy shoe! Bought normal size - fits perfectly. No break-in time needed. Perfect flat - can be as dressy or casual as you need. Plan to order another color in this same style. And of course Zappos is one of the best web businesses around!

This is a very good flat shoe. The gold ball may be a touch too big but it is not a big deal. They are comfy. Sometimes with these shoes the top rubs against the bottom of your toes but that goes away once you wear them in.

These shoes are what I would expect from Anne Klein. Nice looking and comfortable with very good quality materials. They are very stylish with slim leg jeans and I wear them very often, having purchased 3 pair of them. I actually hiked Clingmans Dome while wearing the black ones. This is the highest point in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Eastern US. I made it up and down this mountain in these shoes very comfortably then went on to tour the mountains and even wore them on to dinner. A good all around shoe to wear casually with jeans or with more dressy pant looks. I'm very pleased with all three pair.

Sexy, comfortable, tons of compliments -
I bought these in my usual size 8 and they fit perfectly. I ordered them on Wednesday afternoon and wore them out for cocktails that same Friday evening! Talk about fast shipping. I ordered the leopard print, which for some reason I imagined to be suede - they are in fact semi-patent and just could not be cuter. I get so many compliments whenever I wear them, which lately has been every day - they look super great with black dress pants, dark jeans, khakis - skirts. I love Zappos! And I love these shoes.

Zappos, you are wonderful. After this pair of shoes (my 2nd with Zappos), I will only buy from you. So convenient. I can't tell you how many stores I went to before I gave up. Then these beautiful shoes here. I got the black ones. Just what I was looking for! Ordered on Tuesday. Received on Thursday and it was free!

Cute shoes! I got the purple and I get lots of compliments on them. They add that extra shot of color and are comfy enough to wear to work, where I'm on my feet all day.

I got these shoes in the leopard print and as soon as I took them out of the box, I loved them and knew that I was definitely keeping them. Fortunately, they fit me. There is a slight sheen on the leather that is very nice. I will say that the leather is not very soft and so far, I have only been able to wear them for short periods of time because they hurt my feet. But I remain optimistic that they will break in better and the situation will improve, because they look great and I totally dig them!

Talk about fast service! I got my order the very next day, how do they do it? The shoes were better than described and fit perfectly. If you are a Zappos customer or not, they can find hard to fit for you! I buy all my shoes from Zappos, and if there is an occasional return, it is easy and quick! My recent refund was prompt, no questions asked! I love my Zappos! The price is right and free shipping!
