The shoes are cute and can be worn to work or going out. However, the workmanship is not very good and the quality of the material is also not very good.

These shoes are adorable and I get complimented on them all the time. However, they're very uncomfortable and give me tons of blisters.

This is a great shoe, both beautiful and very comfortable. I wear a size 6 and whenever I shop for shoes I can never find my size. Around here the smallest size available is 6 1/2 or 7, so Zappos is my shoe store.

I bought these in the animal print to wear with jeans and skirts. They look great, and I get lots of compliments on them. The heel area was really stiff at first, but they felt better by the third or fourth time I wore them. They are pretty comfortable now. I wouldn't walk for miles in them, but they are perfect for work, shopping, etc. Overall, I'm very happy with the shoes.

Gorgeous but huge -
These are truly beautiful shoes--perfect for work and dressy occasions but certainly also appropriate for reasonably casual wear also. I ordered the black patent and I love the shininess and texture. But these shoes were huge. I'm surprised that so many said they were true to size. Maybe I got a weird batch. Generally size 9 is a good fit and, in fact, I've often found Nine West shoes to run a little small. With these, however, there was more than an inch between my great toe and the end of the shoe. I double-checked thinking I might have inadvertently ordered a 9-1/2. But no. Other than being huge, they were reasonably comfortable for my picky feet. I think they would be fine for someone without foot issues or if you wear orthotics. I put a double thickness foot pad in them, which filled up some of the room and the shoes were fairly comfortable but the extra length bugged me. Will try the 8-1/2 and see what happens. Other than size, it's a lovely shoe.

Comfortable and stylish -
I got the black and white ones, and loved it as soon as I opened the box. The fit is perfect and extremely comfortable to walk around in. I have not worn it for an extended amount of time, although I suspect the back might rub my heels as I break them in. Finally, a pair of size 5 flats that are actually true to size!

Very nice, professional yet cute flat shoe. I was pleased with the purchase and shoe was comfortable right away. I'm a standard size 10 and it was true to fit all around. The only thing that was a draw back is that the "Black" is really a smooth black patent leather (shiny), which I really wasn't looking for. Decided to keep it anyway because of the overall look and feel.

Absolutely love these shoes. They are so pretty and comfy. There's one thing that was a bit of a bother. My right side seemed to be a bit tight near my big toe the first time I wore them, but it doesn't feel that way any more. The shoes are not too high. I actually feel like I'm walking on air in them. They're true to size and complement my outfits very well.

I am a trial attorney and am always tring to find comfortable shoes for long hours on my feet that still look professional. These are perfect for both! I get compliments all the time and my feet are grateful at the end of the day.
