I recently brought these sneakers for both of my daughters and they loved them! The shoe is very stylish, cute and the platform makes them supportive! The only issue I had with this product is the charms keep falling off. I re-hook them and they come right off again. A little disappointing but otherwise they look good with just about anything, a jean skirt, jeans or jogging pants. A good buy and well worth the money. I definitely recommend.

The overall shoe was great. The look and quality was very good and it fit my daughter's foot well. Unfortunately, the decorative gems on the shoe are not. Within 2 hours of wearing them, one shoe's gems fell off. I was able to rig it a little and reattach. A few more times wearing the shoe and the other foot's gems fell off. So now I am left with removing them completely off the shoe. They need a better way to attach them to the shoe or make a much stronger chain system.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: The same shoe just without the fancy gems.

The chain that holds the charms will not stay attached. I tried two pair, same problem. We love Keds, but this just doesn't work. Sure hope Zappos removes this shoe!

We are very pleased with this shoe. It is comfortable and made with great quality! Would recommend it to others! The charms and extra shoe laces are a plus!

Cute but charms fell off after 1 day. Cute shoes, run small, got wide width. My daughter wore them only once to school and the chain fell off with all the charms. I don't think they sell replacements either. I checked the Keds site; going to call them and see if I can get a new chain.

I ordered two pairs of shoes this morning (around 10am) and I receive an email that my order not only had been processed, but shipped and it is 2:40pm-on the SAME day. AND I was upgraded to priority status. I have to say WOW. This is the most impressive online service I have had from retail - ever. I bought my wedding shoes from you back in Feb, and I do recall how fabulous your customer service team was. I can't believe I have waited this long to purchase from Zappos again. You went above and beyond my expectations and I greatly appreciate that-esp. in these times. I order online a great deal because of my busy schedule and it is hard to go out and go shopping. This is the best treatment I have had by far- and I haven't received my shoes yet, but I know I'll get 'em much sooner than I thought. KEEP IT UP!!!
