Just as in the past with Clarks and Zappos, 100% satisfied. Put them on and wore them all day to work, no problem. Excellent fit, true to size and extremely comfortable.

Perfect. I have larger feet (12C), and ordered in a 12D. While these didn't have the magic of some shoes that seem to make my feet look smaller, they were stylish without being tragically trendy, comfortable without giving up the heel, and suitable for wearing with work attire or casual/jeans.

A little on the chunky side, but I bought them to go with winter pants, so they actually look pretty good. Definitely on the narrow side; ordered the wide width and they fit perfectly.

I bought these to replace a pair of Clarks ankle boots that I bought 3 years ago and wore constantly through our NE winters. These are just as comfortable and fit tru to size. They have great arch support (for me I have high arches so it\'s always a challenge). And they look great too. I love the grip support of the soles - no sliding on tile or wet surfaces. Great shoes!

The Clarks Tripani are extrenely comfortable shoes and true to size. I am a size 5 so it is hard for me to find the shoe I like in my size. I liked the look of these shoes so I ordered it and the heel is perfect to wear all day long. Great with work pants, jeans or dress.

Hooray for Clarks for making a "narrow width" shoe that actually fits narrow feet. With many brands their "narrow" widths are still too wide. The Clarks Artisan collection has been a really great fit for me, and these shoes are very comfortable. These shoes are very true to size and width and provide comfort that I don't usually find. More times than not I find myself "making-do" with whatever I can find that will stay on my foot, whether it really fits or not. I'm very happy to have found these. Thank you Zappos for continuing to carry narrow width shoes.

Very comfortable and cute for what they are. I normally wear very high heels, but finally admitted to myself that I needed something more reasonable. It is really hard to find something comfortable that isn\'t hideous, but these shoes do a pretty good job of combining comfort and attractiveness. Plus, they do have something of a heel, which for me is a non-negotiable requirement.

I first ordered my normal size of 11W, but when I got them they where a little tight so I sent them back straight away. The next day I got an email saying that I would have next day delivery, I didn't have to wait for the 4-5 days for delivery. I was so pleased. When the shoes arrived I was so happy with them, they fitted me perfectly. I have no complaints at all. I will be buying my shoes from Clarks/Zappos all the time now. I had the best online shopping experience a person could have, I had no complaints about the products and the great service. Thanks, keep up the great work.

I ordered them on Monday night, and they were here by Wednesday! Zappos, you rock. The shoes are very handsome. They seem well made, and like all Clarks Artisan shoes, they are very comfortable. I give them five stars.

Beautiful, but painful. These shoes feel great if you wear them while laying on the couch, and never put any weight on them. I heard that this brand was the most comfortable brand around, so I got these shoes, which felt great while sitting down at the store. I put them on to wear to work, and by the time I was ready to leave for work (about 40 minutes), my feet hurt so bad I had to walk to the car barefoot. The heels are very comfortable and they don't rub at all, like most shoes do. They are really narrow in the toe area, though. When weight is applied (I only weigh 105 lbs), it goes straight to the ball of your foot, which is painful because that is the tighter part of the shoe. There is not enough room or cushion in that area. The rest of the shoe is roomy enough. Also, there is no arch support.

These shoes look great with all my pants both dressy and jeans. They are just the right heigh, not too high too tire out my feet fast. The brown is a rich dark color.

I have a wide foot in front and a narrow heel. However, my foot isn\'t fat in front, just wide. I can be on my feel all day in these shoes. They have enough room in the toe box and still don\'t slip in the heel. I love them.

Ordering from this company has been prompt and hassel free. These shoes are one of the most comfortable shoes I own. I would order Clark shoes again and it is great to not have to spend the time shopping in the stores. Try them, they are the best.

The shoes I received in just a few days are awesome! I have arthritis and fibromyalgia and I have to have comfortable shoes. I am a young hip 48 year old and I don't want to wear granny shoes.

These shoes are really nice. I haven\'t worn them out yet because it\'s still hot out. But when I tried them on from the box, they felt great, the fit and all. I\'m sure they will keep my feet comfortable all day. I\'m on my feet all day and hoping that these are the shoes. Thank you zappos for all your support and service you provide to us, the customers.
