	Soft footbed uses Active Air technology which adds cushioning and shock absorbance for long wear.
	Lightweight polyurethane outsole reduces foot lift load decreasing foot and leg fatigue.
	Strobel construction, in which the upper is attached to a sockliner that is applied to the outsole, creates flexibility and direct cushioning.

I love these shoes: quiet, dressy enough for open house and church, and comfortable enough for every day in a classroom. At first they were a little snug for a wide width, but they stretched a little and are great now.

Other brands recommended by reviewer: I love Clarks shoes. They are usually perfect for a wide foot. They last a long time too. I have several styles and love them all. New Balance has great shoes for teachers who can wear tennis shoes.
