Excellent Service -
My wife had used Zappos a few times several years ago and had always seems satisfied at the service. My wife passed away about four years ago; however, I continued to receive the Zappos emails and decided a on an evening couple of days prior to this past Christmas that I would open up the latest email and see if a Bostonian dress shoe that I had almost found impossible to locate locally was available. I found the shoe, and between the price, the quick delivery and the liberal return policy, I decided to give Zappos a try and order a pair. I cannot explain my surprise to have the order delivered the very next evening. I must commend you on both your timeliness and quality. I will be doing business again with Zappos in the near future. Thx.

The shoe is very impressive looking and generally comfortable. But, since I have flat feet the arch support in the shoe is weak, thus causing the shoe to flop up and down of my feet, I will have to wear thicka to keep this from happening.

I would recommend these shoes to anyone. I wore them for the first time to a New Year's Eve Dance and took an old pair of shoes with me, just in case. However, these felt so great all night and I got many compliments on them.

My husband could not find a 7 1/2 in a shoe that he liked. I had ordered from Zappos and began looking for a shoe for him. When he saw it he said that was just what he wanted. The shoe fit perfectly, wears well and he is enjoying it.

Great dress shoe -
I just received my shoes today. I put them on after working a full day so I could get the actual feel of the shoe. They are quite comfortable right out of the box. The heel support is incredible, while the balls of your feet weren't as comfortable but still felt quite good. This is an amazing shoe with great looks, feel and comfortable. I work in a very upscale business style atmosphere and this shoe will fit in great. I'm going to buy an insole just for the balls of my feet then these shoes will be of the utmost highest comfort. The arch in my foot is normal so the arch support also felt great. Zappos has them at a great price and very fast shipping. I highly recommend this shoe.

The shoe is nice and Zappos was great to work with. I received the first order and the shoe was too small - their return process was a piece of cake! The second pair was perfect.

This shoe is really a pleasure to own. The look is smart, the fit is right on and after the initial wearing of them, they are very comfortable. Zappos is absolutely, hands down the only way to order shoes. Their customer service and delivery are second to none. For a busy guy like me, they make life a lot easier and saved me several trips to the mall.

The Evanston style is the perfect combination of a dress shoe to wear with a suit or 'business casual' to wear with any slacks. The shoes were broken in after the first couple days wearing them. I read one review saying they weren't comfortable, I disagree. "Comfortable" in a dress shoe is not the same as in a casual shoe. Dress shoes will never be as comfortable as Dockers or other boat shoes. So, for a dress shoe, I think they are as comfortable as one can get. I can easily wear them all day. Highly recommend.

Great shoes, a real classic.
This was exactly the shoe I was looking for. I had shopped all around the malls and could not find this color. They are very comfortable and very dressy!

Looks great but comfort is awful -
I recently purchased these shoes for my husband after reading some reviews thought they sounded like a good fit. The shoes definitely are true to size and look very nice but the leather is stiff and hard and are not comfortable for extended periods of time.

My husband is an outside salesman; comfort and appearance are important to him. This particular shoe is a staple in his attire. He loves the classic look of the shoe and it fits him perfectly. I love the fact that since I have discovered Zappos, all I have to do is get on your website, order the shoes, and they arrive virtually overnight! Zappos.com works great for me -
Great web site. I ordered my first pair a half size too big. It was easy to send back and I ordered a smaller size. That shoe came with defects. I called and spoke with a very capable service rep, sent the second pair back, and when notified another pair was available I ordered again. The third shipment was a success. The return process is so streamlined that I did not mind the returns. I look forward to shopping at Zappos.com in the future.
