My son had been trying to find Asics in his size for quite a while; no stores in our city carried them. We found these on-line and ordered them at about 10 pm. They arrived at 2:00 the next day. He was thrilled. They fit perfect and arrived so quickly. Zappos is the best!

Every aspect of my Zappos experience has been positive, from the speed of service to the knowledge and decorum of the phone representatives. I intend to buy all of our footwear needs from Zappos for myself, my wife and two sons going forward. Thank you.

Shoes arrived on time and my daughter loves them. We switched to Asics from Nike because we had heard that the Asics had more arch support. She has been wearing them for a couple of weeks now with no complaints of her feet hurting.

Yes, they are pricey, but when your child wears them every day to school, they need the support and endurance this shoe provides. We only wear ASICS!

 |  | I have never been a big online shopper until I recently found myself with little time to go out and shop. I was browsing around for some boots online one day and after noticing my boss frequently getting Zappos packages, I decided to check you out. I found some great boots but they were a tad too small when I got them yesterday. I was bummed thinking I'd have to wait several more days to get my boots but I ordered the next size up last night at 10:00. I woke up to an email this morning saying my shipping was upgraded to priority shipping free of charge and would ship out TODAY?! Not even twelve hours after I placed my order! I hardly had time to get the tape on the box to return the first pair of boots and my new ones should be on my front porch when I get home (I tracked them and they are out for delivery!)
