Cute but not comfortable - There is a red cushion thing in the heel area of the shoe that felt like it was not supposed to be there and made it very uncomfortable. Too bad as they were different looking and would have liked them if they were more comfortable.

	Dear Zappos Team- I ordered two pairs of shoes this morning (around 10am) and I receive an email that my order not only had been processed, but shipped and it is 2:40pm-on the SAME day. AND I was upgraded to priority status. I have to say WOW. This is the most impressive online service I have had from retail - ever. I bought my wedding shoes from you back in Feb, and I do recall how fabulous your customer service team was. I can't believe I have waited this long to purchase from Zappos again. You went above and beyond my expectations and I greatly appreciate that-esp. in these times. I order online a great deal because of my busy schedule and it is hard to go out and go shopping. This is the best treatment I have had by far- and I haven't received my shoes yet, but I know I'll get 'em much sooner than I thought. KEEP IT UP!!! Thanks for your excellent service! Katherine
