Zappos is my favorite place to shop for shoes! I have children and grandchildren who need special sizes and widths, and I can find exactly what I want without running from store to store searching for the perfect shoe. I have also given shoes for gifts, buying them from Zappos and having them shipped to the recipient with no problems. Returns are also very simple and straightforward if I decide to return shoes. I have never had a problem or been disappointed with the quality, selection, or service. The best online site to shop from!

A little tight at first but broke in quickly and are super comfortable now. Thick, cushioned footbed. Excellent shoe.

I received these shoes yesterday and so far I am very impressed. I haven\\\'t worn loafers for some time and ordering them over the "internets" seemed risky. If it weren\\\'t for legendary Zappos service, I wouldn\\\'t have done so. The shoe itself looks very stylish, in my opinion. Good with jeans or casual. Fairly easy to get on and they stay on until I\\\'m ready to take them off. I spent the day in them doing errands and my feet felt great. A light shoe with good cushion and wide toe area. With some brands, I\\\'m a wide, others not, so I tend to stick with Clarks as they usually have a wide toe box. It has been only one full day but needless to say, I\\\'m very pleased thus far. BTW, I swear Zappos had a team of people waiting for me to press the "order" button and sent these to me as soon as I did. I ordered these in the morning, and a different pair of shoes (for my wife) in the afternoon. They both arrived the next day. How can you not be pleased with that?
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Ecco, but they can run a bit narrow

I really can’t tell you how much that meant to me. I am certain that I am not your best customer, but you have made me feel important to you.
