Nice shoe, comfortable after a few days of breaking them in. I have wide feet, so I read from the reviews that it might be better to buy a half size bigger. Use them for work and had nice compliments. First time buying from Zappos, but will not be the last. Thanks Zappos.com.

The shoes are perfect. The previous reviews helped me choose the right size. I ordered next day shipping and they arrived at my doorstep. The shoes are comfortable. I needed them for a trip to China; where I had to pack light. I needed a shoe that I could wear with Khakis in the daytime and Jeans at night. The shoes went well with both. \r\n

Purchased this shoe with the intention of wearing for the daily commute. The shoe has exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. An extremely comfortable shoe, but a little bit conservative in the area of style. Needless to say, I would definitely recommend this shoe.

I discovered Zappos.com from a friend and have had nothing but good luck. Speedy delivery and great descriptions have helped me pick out the right shoes every time and I have not had to send a pair back yet. This is my third pair of clarks and I can't say enough, they are comfortable and lightweight and they can be worn for dressy or casual events. All around great shoe.

Excellent arch support. I am on my feet all day at work and Clarks are the best shoes I've owned. I normally wear an 8.5 or 9, but am wearing an 8 in this shoe.

The shoe: Very elegant and comfortable Slightly narrower than other sizes; buy half size bigger than what you normally would. The website/Store: Very knowledgeable and courteous customer service. When I called to to cancel a duplicate wrong order, the representative not only helped promptly with that, but she also reversed a 15 dollars I paid willingly for 2-3 business days delivery and upgraded my order to one business day shipping for free! She also advised me to get only a half size rather than a full size bigger than I normally do in other models, when I informed her that I order my size from another store but was too tight, and that really helped. The 365 days both ways return policy makes me comfortable to order at any time even for relatives and friends outside the U.S.; knowing that worst case scenario, that if it doesn't fit, I can always bring it back with me and return it. For the above mentioned reasons, I love to buy from Zappos if I can even if the price is a tiny bit higher than another website, but it is absolutely worth the peace of mind and courteous customer support. Keep up the good work, Zappos. I will order the black of the same shoes when I return to the US. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks.

Zappos' service is among the best I have experienced from a retailer, be it brick and mortar retailer or an online retailer. They anticipate what makes a customer anxious such as 'Have my goods shipped?' or 'When will my goods arrive?' and based on that they send you emails proactively. You read the email and you are no longer wondering. But at the same time, they do not bombard you with emails either. The selection of shoes is phenomenal here too. I will be a customer for a very long time.

I bought this shoe for my husband; he's a salesman and is on his feet and walking most of the day. They are very nice looking shoes, and he says they are very comfortable. He has worn them almost everyday for about a month and they still look brand new, most shoes wear out quick for him. I'd recommend this shoe for style and comfort.

All you'd want in a shoe and more -
I bought these a long time ago (probably going on 3 years now) and though the color has faded a bit, they are still very comfortable and show little signs of wear and tear. I've been most impressed by their versatility. I can wear them to the office with slack, dockers, etc. or wear them to dress up a pair of jeans. The fit is great and they have been comfortable from Day 1. Also, they are clearly very durable and I expect to keep them in my rotation for a while longer.

WOW!!!
I happened to walk by a Clarks store back in December 2005. Never heard of them. I work in sales and walk around a lot. I paid $100 for the pair and have them to this day. Unreal, I realized you get what you pay for.
Folks I am a destroyer of soles, especially the right corner of heels.
And yes the sole is pretty good. The leather is fantastic, looks great and color has not faded even through harsh winters here in Chicago.
Bought a second pair now, the reason, cushion is flattened, but what do you expect. I could get Sr. Scholl’s inserts but hey I need to contribute to Clarks. Great company great product. I love my Codes.
Now all they need is dressy laced shoes for the more formal occasions.

I bought this pair to replace a pair of sketchers that were a lot like this pair - but the Clarks are a bit narrower and weigh a couple pounds less.

This is the second time I have bought these shoes. They are perfect for me, as I spend a lot of time on my feet but need to maintain a professional appearance. These shoes are comfortable for walking and for standing, yet are professional enough to be worn with a suit.

These shoes are awesome. I needed a pair of shoes that could fit multiple roles. These shoes I can wear with a suit, khakis, or jeans. They are super comfortable. I have a 15 min. walk to class and can wear them all day. Zappos.com did a free upgrade to overnight shipping to my surprise. This is the best experience I have ever had shopping. Zappos takes care of their customers.

These shoes look better in person than they do online. The quality of the upper is good, but I don't really care for the sole. These shoes require little to no break-in and leather has not stretched over time. Comfort is not the best of the shoes I own, but is still good.

My First Clarks purchase...am very pleased!
Clarks were recommended to me by my sister and I am very glad she did. I wear a size 13 and have a hard time finding a good fit. This style looked and felt great on my feet from when I first tried them on. I recommend to men with larger size feet to try a pair of Clarks. I have gotten many compliments on the style and I am looking forward to my second pair.

I bought these shoes for myself and my husband. I usually wear a woman's 10, so that would be an 8.5 in men's... but these I needed a 7.5. They are very stylish and a beautiful brown color. For my husband, however, his usual size 12 is a bit too snug. We tried the 11.5 first, thinking they would run small, and are hoping the 12 will stretch a bit. During the first few times I wore them, the top part of the leather needed to loosen-up, so they weren't perfectly comfortable, but I did not get blisters or have sores of any sort. These shoes are a bit chunky, but also simple and very unisex. Highly recommend, and of course Zappos service was impeccable as always!

I got these because they were Clarks and they looked and fit well, but after wearing them for 3 days straight, every step I take hurts, the pain got worse each day. I am returning mine. Maybe it was a defective pair.

Great fit, looks good, cheap soles -
My biggest grip about this shoe is the cheap soles. They scuff floors easy and make the shoe look like something out of a cheap department store when viewed up close. Otherwise, they serve as a pretty good casual shoe for work and are fairly comfortable.

Good-looking, comfortable, versatile shoe -
They took a couple of hours (not days) to break in, and since then, I've chosen my clothes to go with my shoes. They're versatile enough to be worn with jeans, and comfortable enough to wear all day. In the few weeks I've been wearing them, I've received more compliments on my shoes than the price tag would seem to warrant.
