I bought the shoes for my five \r\nyear old and he absolutely loves them! He likes the look of the shoe and most of all the comfort. They\'re easy for him to get on and off by himself, and I love the shoe\'s durability.

Great shoe. Well made. Wish it came with elastic laces like the smaller kids so my boys could just slip them on on those hectic mornings.

This is a great shoe so far for our 1st grade grandson. He loves to run and is never still; very hard on shoes. He loves the color and style, the elastic fasteners, says they help him run fast. I love shopping at Zappos especially because of the free shipping both ways, although to my knowledge I have never had to return anything I have ordered.

Bought these shoes for my 9 year old son and he loves them. Fit perfectly right out of the box and seem to be made very well. I measured his foot and then ordered a little big in hopes of getting through the school year with this one pair of shoes. You can lace them up nice and tight to fit well now and still allow for growing room.

I bought these shoes for my son who needed some waterproof shoes for a fishing trip. They definitely did the job! Kept his feet nice and dry while reeling in Alaskan Halibut. Thanks, Zappos, for getting these shoes to us so quickly, they were exactly what we needed!

I bought this shoe for my son to use on the playground and in the woods. So far it has performed very well for both. They seem very comfortable and light for running around, and they have great traction for hiking. Time will tell how well they are made. I would definitely buy them again.

Great Shoes -
Zappos is wonderful. We ordered & returned at least 15 pairs of shoes for my very picky 11 yr old until we tried these North Face’s. He loves these shoes as they were comfortable right out of the box. They are a nice mix between sneakers and hiking shoes, plus they have webbing on the side so I think they'll be cool enough for summer wear. Have only had them for a month, so can't comment on durability, but they appear well made.

When my pair of boots arrived in less than perfect condition, I had hoped to exchange them for a new pair. Unfortunately, you were out of stock. A wonderful representative offered tips on how to clean up the boots, offered to search other stores to see if they had the boots in stock, and even asked if I would like a refund before returning the boots! I decided to keep the boots for a few more days, as I was not interested in purchasing from another retailer. Luckily, Zappos received more boots in stock within the week. Another rep sent my order straight away and ensured that the new pair were in perfect condition. Best yet - they sent the new pair with overnight shipping!
