Great Shoe -
I have narrow heels, making it difficult to find traditional "work" shoes that stay on my feet and are comfortable throughout my ten hour day. (BTW, I am a retail manager.) This shoe stays put thanks to the two straps and is incredibly comfortable. I did have to spend one day breaking them in, but it wasn't bad at all!

I have never had such a wonderful experience like I had with Zappos. I contacted them by email concerning my problem and they emailed me back within 30 minutes with instructions on what to do. I called the number they gave me and the young lady who help could not have been better. I was shocked that I wasn't drilled and made to feel like a liar. The best thing of all, the next day when I got home from work my replacement shoes was there and I have to admit they were better than the original ones that I had to return. In fact, I have them on today and I just love them. I will use Zappos over and over and I have told everyone I know concerning the wonderful service I receive.

These shoes are well made and fit my long, narrow feet well, with room for orthodics. They're very cute and comfortable.

This shoe is so comfortable. I thought the straps across the front would hurt, but they are so flexible, they move with every step. I have a high instep, but the straps aren't a problem. Love them!

Wonderful shoe. These shoes are wonderful. I tried them on on a whim while waiting for the saleslady to bring out the boots I had originally gone to get and decided I had to have these shoes. So very comfortable and good looking, too. They are wide across the toe box, which is necessary for me as my little toes develop problems on the side from walking and I can't have a shoe that hits these or it is agony all day. Clarks are the best for this. I have these in brown, but will probably get them in black as well.

These shoes are cute and were comfortable from the start. They could be a bit less tight across the arch, but that is probably just me; I have a very high arch.

As always with Clarks they are so worth the money. A very comfortable and supportive shoe. I love them with jeans, cords and even a cute denim skirt. Great support; I did have a little break in with the strap on top of the left shoe, so I had to go get some of that sponge tape to put inside of shoes so it would not rub. It was just tighter then the other one and that is my reasoning for 4 stars. I got the brown, but I am sure I could use the black as well. True to size and width. I wear a 9 wide and that is what I got. Great shoe and as always great service from Zappos!

These shoes are super cute and very comfortable. I purchased these because I wanted a more grown up shoe. I usually wear sneakers because of comfort and back problems, but wanted something more stylish and appropriate for work. These are perfect, an easy transition and just as comfortable. There is just the right amount of elastic stretch on the straps so the shoe doesn't fit loosely, but still stretches to move with you. I love them!

I loved the shoes, they are exactly as shown and described. Zappos provided fast service, and the shoes arrived in great condition. I have ordered from Zappos before and will definitely order from Zappos again.

I was thrilled to receive my Clark Mandy shoes in the overnight mail!! Wow! What fast service! The shoes fit beautifully and I love wearing them--Zappos is a terrific place to order shoes on line--my daughter also orders from Zappos over the years and loves all of her shoes as well--

I purchased these for my girlfriend and she seems to love them. As always, the shipping was almost overnight. You can't beat Zappos. I have been impressed with every order.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! It's like walking on a cloud all day long. They seem to be true to size and, of course, being Clarks, are very well made.

When I couldn't find the shoes my dad has worn for years anywhere in local retail shops - I visited your site and found the exact pair, size and FREE shipping. I was hooked. When my stepdaughter said she needed a dutch oven for X-Mas, I immediately logged on and found not one, but 2 styles at great prices - and FREE shipping - so I ordered BOTH of them - THEN today I get an e-mail saying you've upgraded my shipping so she'll get it in time to use for Thanksgiving cooking - HOW GREAT IS THAT?
