I haven't worn these shoes yet so I can't attest to how well they feel after being worn for a while. However, I love the look of them, on and off the foot. I returned the more expensive, higher boots, because I thought these looked better.

I don\'t usually wear heels, but wanted a lace-up boot and didn\'t see many low-heeled options that were cute. Following the advice of previous reviews, I ordered these boots and have to agree they are a very comfortable shoe. The heel does not seem to be an impediment at all. The brown color is gorgeous and the shoes are high quality. Shiny, burnished leather. They fit true-to-size with a toe box that not only won\'t pinch my toes, but will accommodate socks or an insert. I do wish the ball of the foot had more cushioning, but that\'s easily remedied with an insert. Pretty little boots that will look nice with jeans or a dress. My husband loves them, too.

Love these shoes. I had been searching for a vintage-looking granny boot for a long time and am very happy with these. They have a cute heel, but are still very comfortable. My only caution is for women with short legs like mine, you can't wear these with all types/lengths of clothes (putting some scrunched black boot socks &/or tights on though helps with those proportions sometimes).

This pair of Victorian-like boots is incredibly good-looking and comfortable. If I could, I would buy the same in brown, too. The heels look sexy, but are not too high. Also they are a great match to skirts and pants. It's great with slim or ankle pants. The size feels right. Thanks Zappos!

These boots are awesome. Very comfortable and run true to size. Love the easy-access side zipper that is hardly noticeable. They also make your feet look incredibly small. I have worn these with dresses and slacks; either way, they look great.

I just bought these boots and I am wearing them for the first time today. I was worried that they might not be as comfortable since they do not have as much padding in the sole as some of the other Clark's Artisan shoes, but they are great! I can not believe how comfortable they are, even though they have a substantial heel! They are really cute, too. I normally take a size 7, but in the Artisan shoes I got a 7.5, and it was a good move. My toes have lots of room to wiggle around. Another great thing about these boots is that they lace up and have a zipper. The laces give you more ability to adjust the fit, then once you have them just the way you want them, you can just use the zipper!

These are the most comfortable boot that I have owned. Very easy to wear for eight hours on my feet. The leather is supple and gorgeous. The styling is unique and old fashioned. Not one bad thing to say about this boot!

I usually go up a half size for boots and it fit as expected. Comfortable, love the moderate-height, non-stiletto heel. Most compelling was the overall old-fashioned look down to the higher in front top and tasseled strings which made it worth the steep price tag.
