These are my first pair of mules, and I absolutely love them. They are very comfortable, not tight in the least, and at the same time they don't slip off my feet as I walk.

The shoe was comfortable right out of the box. I felt that it was larger than the stated size, but I'm wearing them with socks, so that is OK.

I recently purchased this shoe. Decided to put them on and wear them the first day. They were so comfortable that I tried to order another pair but you were out of my size! I love them! They fit perfectly. I have a narrow foot but the B was just fine. They are very comfortable. I would recommend them highly. Give them a try. I think you will really be happy you did.

These Clarks were just what I wanted. I was looking for a burgundy color, which I couldn't find at any of my local stores. They are true to size. I wore them the first day. The shipping was great. This is the second pair of shoes I have ordered from this website.

These shoes were instantly comfortable, look great with jeans. I got a 1/2 size larger than my usual sandals, which I wear year round so that I could wear socks with them. Perfect! I would like them or a similar pair of Clarks mules also in brown.

I love this shoe! It is comfortable, lightweight, and walk-worthy. I love the Zappos service, free shipping both ways. I also found the price less than the same shoe in catalogs.

I love these shoes. They are classy and fit so well. I have worn them a lot since receiving them and they fit well and never cause me a moment's problem or pain. All Clarks shoes are great. That is the only brand I will buy now. I have a narrow foot and the narrow size of Clarks fits great.

This Clarks shoe ran 1/2 size smaller than I purchased in the past from Clarks. I have the narrow version and it fits my foot perfectly.

These shoes are the most gorgeous color. I got them in brown, black and burgundy. the leather is soft and rich. They fit immediately like a glove and are very comfortable. Love them.

I ordered the Ruthie Twist before taking a trip. I wanted a shoe that could be easily slipped off during airport security and also while on the plane. Since I have narrow, flat feet it\'s difficult to get mules that fit. I\'ve been delighted at how well these fit and how comfortable they are. I ordered them in black and plan to order them in brown.

I have bought several styles of Clarks mules in the past. All have been very comfortable except for this one. The shoe is true to size (I wear a 7D), but for some reason the sides of feet ache a bit at the end of the day as if something were rubbing against them.

I just love Clark shoes becuase of the fit and the comfort. The Ruthie was a good fit and quite comfortable. It is a good walking shoe. So, if you do a lot of walking as I do it would be a good choice.

I love Zappos for many reasons: they always have my favorite brand names, like Clarks and Naturalizers, they always have my size (long and narrow), and the shipping and return are free; however, I have never had to return a pair of shoes from Zappos!

I bought the shoes last week and as soon as i got them i wore them to work.I stand on my feet anywhere from 8-10 hours a day i had no problems with them hurting or rubbing and the fit was well, it was like wearing a well worn in pair of shoes.I got an 11 w and they feel great. I did but another pair of different shoes and they were too narrow and i returned them with out a problem and now im awaiting my credit so i can purchase another pair of Clarks shoes, I ger up with Clarks and its good to see there style and standard have remained of the highest quality..

As most Clarks, these fit right out of the box with no break in time. I always wear a 10W and these, as usual for Clark, were perfect. Very comfortable!

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
