These shoes are the most comfortable mid heel shoe that I have ever worn. They do not require any breaking in. As soon as I put them on it felt like they were custom made for my feet! I am an educator, so I am on my feet a lot during the day and I do a lot of walking. These shoes are true to size. Zappos is marvelous! They ship faster than the Clarks store.

For the first half of 2009, Clarks Marilla was my go-to shoe. I could wear them all day. They were as comfortable as sneakers. When Clarks Passion came along, I ordered them immediately. The chunky heel Mary Jane styling are very similar, but the wider straps of the Passion look better to me. I usually wear a 12B, but these were just too small. I could squeeze into them, but they were far from comfortable. Sadly, I had to return them.

I have recently started buying Clark brand shoes only. Approximately 3 years ago on my right foot it felt like a bone was going through my heel when I was on my feet a lot. I had tried all the brands and then I came across Clarks. Ever since that's all I will buy. The shoes are comfortable and stylish. I didn't want to start wearing an orthopedic shoe at my young age of 46. Thanks Clarks.

Stylish and comfortable. I was looking for my first pair of heels since living in Crocs during my pregnancy. I didn't think I'd ever wear heels again, so when I started looking, I immediately went to Clarks. This shoe is extremely comfortable; I feel as though I have already broken them in for a few months. They are soft and I can wear them out shopping without having to run home with sore feet. I am so glad I found these!

These are phenomenal shoes! I\'m not one to wear heels, but I can do these. They\'re comfortable and stylish, and you\'ll get a lot of compliments. They\'re true to size with a nice padded footbed. No breaking in required.

I love these shoes. I have an extremely high instep and always loved shoes like these, but could never get the right fit because of my instep. Most of all I could never get the size. I need a size 12. When you go into the store and find a shoe that you love and tell them you need a size 12, they look at you in horror. I was just tired of feeling embarrassed. So, I went to Zappos and found a great pair of shoes that look great, feel great and are well made. I read all the other reviews for these shoes which helped me select the correct size and width (12 medium) and bought them. What a perfect fit! Comfort - yes! Looks - yes! These shoes look great whether with jeans or a wool suit for work. I am so glad that I bought them. These shoes were worth every penny. Originally, I wanted these shoes in black, but bought them in brown. The brown is a great color; it has just a bit of black around the top stitching and they look great with all my clothes. Hope this helps someone else in choosing these shoes.

The shoes are quite comfortable and look good with a skirt, pants or jeans. I usually am uncomfortable in a heel but this shoe feels good. I have a narrow foot and Clarks seem to be the best fit for me. \r\n\r\nThe service was excellent.

Oh, golly, I love these shoes. I have feet easily chewed up by shoes, but these are fine. I do have a pretty narrow foot, but got the regular as the straps adjust. They fit perfectly, but I also got them a half-size larger as my usual size felt short. Thanks to Zappos, it was easy enough to make the switch and shipping was remarkably fast. These shoes are adorable with tights and skirts, or with dressy pants at work. But they're still sweet with long jeans. Love.

Love these shoes! They fit true-to-size and are so comfortable.The sole of the shoe is about 1/2" thick, but you don't realize that until you examine the shoe. So the heel rise is actually 1/2 less than the description implies, making you look like you're wearing higher heels than your feet feel like you are! The straps are adjustable. The only problem I had with these is that the back of the shoe isn't "broken in" enough for my troublesome feet. And for some reason the inserts you use to keep the back from slipping won't stick in these shoes. But after a few weeks of wearing them, they are broken in and all is well. They're adorable with plaid skirts!

Cuter in person, but unfortunately, not comfortable. I wear a size 10 W and they felt fine in the house, so I took a chance and wore them outside. Big mistake. They just couldn't stand up to being on my feet for more than 30 minutes. Too tight across the top and dug into the top of my foot. The straps were okay, but that opening at the top just dug into my foot. Too bad I can't return them.

I love Mary Janes and I have worn Clarks in the past when they were made in the UK. Although they felt a little unusual, I wore them around the house breaking them in and then I wore them outside and within two blocks they were cutting me around the top. These shoes are attractive but not comfortable. I don\'t know if this is a design issue, but I ordered another style of Clarks and they too were uncomfortable.

These shoes are extremely comfy, with cushioning on the inside. They go equally well with casual dress clothes or jeans. I\'d surely recommend to a friend.

These are the most comfortable heels I own - maybe the most comfortable shoes - period! I rarely wear heels, but these are so great that I wore them while traveling via plane from Indianapolis to El Paso. My feet were as comfy as they would’ve been in any flats and I had no sore spots or aches and pains, even though this was the first time I’d worn them. Wow!

These are the cutest, most comfortable shoes ever! I am a school teacher and since I am on my feet all day, I wear only the most comfortable shoes. I usually only wear flats, but these are even more comfortable than flats because of all of the padding. I have them in burgundy. Fantastic shoes.

great shoe if you hate heels -
I have a terrible foot to fit, and chronic plantar fasciitis. But for our 25th anniversary wanted to wear heels for the first time in 10 years. I went everywhere before a friend recommended a Clarks' franchise store. This shoe was so much more comfortable than anything I found elsewhere, and the service was amazing. When I told her my problems, she picked this shoe out right away because of the extra paddin in the front and its light weight. It was far more comfortable than even lower heels.

This is a darling shoe. It is a cute version of a Mary Jane without looking clunky. They are very comfortable, too. I receive tons of compliments on them.

I wish I could give 10 stars to the comfort rating. For a pair of heels, they are incredibly comfortable. I have sensitive feet with high arches. Style wise, they are cute in a girl-next-door sorta way. I cannot say enough good things about them so I bought a second pair.

I have a narrow foot (8.5 AA) with very little foot volume and barely any arch. So it can be difficult for me to find shoes that fit, especially heels (foot slips forward). These shoes are the perfect fit. No slipping at the heel, foot does not slide forward, very comfortable, from the moment I put them on, good support, great construction, felt true to size. Will probably buy a second pair in another color. If you have a narrow foot I highly recommend Clarks.

I would like to say first that I love Zappos. This shoe was my first purchase and I love them! They look great with jeans. I wore them shopping for six hours and my feet didn't start hurting till about the last hour and that's because I take shopping seriously. I don't stroll; I practically run, so no wonder my feet started hurting. Clarks is a well made shoe and I recommend!

These Clark\'s shoes are amazingly comfortable. I have a short foot with a very high arch and high instep. Ususally I have to get shoes that are too long, just so I can fit my foot in the shoe. Then they flop off my foot. With the Clark\'s wide width and the double straps, I don\'t have that problem and find I can order true to size. Even if you were to order a half size larger than your normal, you wouldn\'t have a problem, because of the staps keep the shoe on your foot without flopping. These are now my favorite shoes.

Never go out of style, fell in love with these when I first put them on! Super comfortable but still very fashionable. I can never wear 'heels', but these are so balanced and comfy that I can wear them all day. Love that fact they look good with slacks or skirts, hose or tights.

Great shoes. I bought 9.5 narrow. In mediums I wear 9, but the narrows one half size larger did the trick. At first I thought the toe box was too narrow, but after one wearing it stretched out very well. The soles of these shoes are amazingly comfortable since I need the extra cushy support for a slightly high arch. Highly recommend these shoes--cute too. Zappos shipping was fabulously fast!

 |  | Zappos rocks, you so made my nine year old son’s day. We went looking for new DC shoes last Sunday and spent 3 hours only to find out that his shoe size was 6.5 right between boy’s and men's. The stores had no selection in either. We were told by one salesperson that most boys skip that size so they don't carry many. He was very disappointed, I suggested ordering from you guys that night and he didn't want to wait for shipping. I told him Zappos was quick, but he wanted to try stores again, so we did on Tuesday evening and came home empty handed again. We got online, ordered a pair he liked (there were so many to chose from in the size we needed) at 9:30 that night. Of course he was all about when would they be here, again I told him how quick you are at shipping and that probably Thursday at the latest Friday. He came home from school on Wednesday and they were on the front porch. He was so happy!!! Loved the shoes and can't wait to order another pair. I have told other people how fast they got here and no one believes that is even possible. I don't know how you do it, but thanks so much. You're the best.
