I ordered these in the Black patent leather; they look great and seem to be very well put together. I just received them yesterday and immediately put them on and danced around the house with my husband! I will have to put a "pad" under the ball of the foot for a little added comfort in long term wear. They do seem to be about a half size large, but since I wanted to be able to wear socks with them for jeans/everyday wear, I'm not upset. The heel is the perfect height. In fact I'm looking to get the brown ones next. Thanks to Zappos for great service as well; I had them within 3 days.

Right out of the box these look and feel great. Very comfortable and a great fit. \r\n\r\nI hope they wear as well over time as all my other Clarks shoes.

Everything you'd expect from Clarks! I love the new styles that Clarks have created over the past two years or so. I used to think of them as dumpy old lady shoes with no style, but these are wonderfully comfy (the reason why people wear Clarks) and look great with my work dress pants. I bought my first pair in Vancouver, BC when on a quick weekend trip (threw my other shoes away). Once I returned, I bought two more pair of Clarks - including this style - because the first pair felt like slippers. Fit is slightly narrower at the toe box, so may not work for really wide feet.

These are the shoes I\'ve been looking for all my life. OK, that may be a bit of an exaggeration but I cannot say how much I love these shoes. They are true to size, reek of quality and look great with all pants from a suit to jeans. The heel height is perfect for comfort and style. I can wear these all day at work and go shopping in the evening and they feel great.\r\n\r\nI don\'t know if it\'s just in Canada or if the problem exists in most US retail shoe stores as well, but here, if your feet are anything other than size 6-10 and medium width, you are hunting high and low and paying a lot of money for your shoes or you are limited to the national cheap-shoe outlet and can forget about quality. I saw these shoes at several stores in the mall but only in B width. When I found they were available in C width on the Zappos website, I decided it was time to make my very first on-line shoe purchase. It will not be my last and Clarks will be the first place I go on the site. \r\n\r\n

Great looking shoe, and I'm delighted that it comes in Wide. But I ordered the 6 Wide, and they seem to run big, but there is no 5.5 Wide available from Zappos. I kept them and wear with thick socks, but wish I could have gotten them smaller. Very stylish, and lots of compliments, but my feet are tired by the end of the day. Pretty positive review, but I don't love these the way I love Paul Green shoes.

Though I have a bad knee, fussy toes, and need good arch support, I like to look good from head to toe and wanted a stylish boot to wear with slacks or dark jeans. I ordered these in black, size 10M, based on cute looks and good reviews. They\'re perfect! I was able to wear them from day one, and just the other day stood in them for several hours without any foot (or knee) problems whatsoever. Comfy, stylish and now one of my favorites!

I love these shoes. Had stopped wearing heels a long time ago, but decided to try these because you could get a wide size. They are so comfortable and very stylish. I went with a 7W, but tried a 6.5 W and 7M. Decided to get a size that felt comfortable from day one. The other two sizes felt a little snug. I love Zappos service!

Great dress shoe - Wow! I am very surprised at how well these shoes fit and feel. I always like Clarks and decided to try their wide shoe in a 1/2 size smaller. Perfect fit! And I haven't worn heels in YEARS and these fit and felt good. I was concerned as I knew that I would have to walk some distance in them but they were very comfortable. I actually added a gel innersole and they fit inside very well and felt very cushioned. Great product.

Nice shoe, fits true to size including width (9D). Would not wear with skirts or dresses, but looks great with jeans and dress slacks. I have been able to wear the shoe my entire workday and then standing for several hours in the evening. I can see myself wearing this in the airport rather than sneakers when I travel for business.

I never thought I would be able to wear heels all day and not be crippled at the end of it, but these shoes rock! Very comfy, I have a high arch so they were a bit tight across the top at first, but after one day they were fitting just fine. I look forward to all the new Clarks styles now that I have found a great fit for my 11W feet!

I have been looking for wide sized shoes for several years. I usually dread shoe shopping because I never find anything and I know my feet are really going to hurt trying to cram my foot into the sizes available in the shoe stores. I seldom order anything online and I stumbled upon zappos searching on google. Because of the return policy I decided to give it a try...I was very very skeptical. However, the shoes I ordered fit AMAZING!!!!!!!! I love them they are cute and so comfortable. I finally feel like everyone else who can just buy shoes like its no big deal. Love the Clarks Diamond Trust. First I purchased black, loved it them so much I also bought them in brown. Very comfortable, true to size, really nice looking on, dress up or down. Will purchase more Clarks in the future. I'm going on a trip and will take both pairs for walking, shopping, etc.

I purchased the brown suede in an 8D. I slipped them on and they felt and looked great! However, after being in them for 16 hours they hurt in the midfoot joints, across the width of my feet. I will still wear them but for a shorter duration. I do think it is a great shoe - just not the best selection for my foot. Perhaps a half size larger would have made the difference.

Love these boots. They are comfortable, as you'd expect from Clarks, including enough room in the toe box not to suffer. The heel is high enough to be a heel, but not painful. That someone who mostly wears flats can stand a work day in them says they're comfy. (After about 8 hours I do start to feel a little numb in the toes.) The zip up the inside allows those with sturdier feet to get them on. I have a high instep, which can make boots hard to fit, but wear these comfortably. The slanted-in heel makes your feet look smaller. I feel extremely cute in them.

I got these because I thought they looked good and because I have had really good luck with Clarks boots. 2 1/2 is at the outer limit of heel height for me (I'm not so good at walking in heels!), but these fit just right and are very comfortable with nice padding under the heel and the ball of the foot. They are also well made and, of course, super cute. Zappos made the whole thing easy; every company should learn from them about customer service.

Love these shoes! I usually find Clarks to be a little on the narrow side, so I ordered the wide width. However, had to exchange for the medium width because they were too big. Perfect size 6M. Even the husband, who barely notices anything, commented on how cool these shoes looked.

I own the black suede bootie. I love the style. They look great with jeans and dresses/skirts. They could stand a little more cushion in the ball of the toes. Not the most comfortable to stand and walk in for long periods of time. A separate insert eases the discomfort. The size is is true to fit.

I read the previous reviews and ordered this shoe in a 9 1/2. I can usually wear either a 9 1/2 or a 10. The 9 1/2 was perfect. I ordered them in the brown suede and they are very comfortable. I would recommend them highly. They are a cute shoe/low boot.

Why do all the comfortable shoes have to be ever so slightly off in styling? As other reviewers mentioned, these shoes felt amazingly comfortable right out of the box. Wow. And the heel height felt just right for adding a touch of stature without making you totter dangerously. But they don't look chic. They look a little granny. It's the kind of shoe that you see on older women who've decided to throw fashion overboard for practicality and comfort because they've outgrown most of that vanity, but who still want to be stylish, so they get a boot like this and wear it to work with bad socks and a-bit-too-faded/bit-too-short jeans. You know what I mean? I saw that the second I tried these on (I ordered the brown suede), so had to return them. Yes, they seemed very well made, but I have to feel great about the shoes I have on, and I'd rather sacrifice some comfort over fashion. Guess I'm not old enough yet to know better.

This is the first time I ordered through Zappos. My original order arrived, and the shoe ran small, so I had to return for larger size. The return process was simple and did not cost extra. A wonderful deal! I would recommend ordering through Zappos.
