This is my 2nd pair of Privos and I have had trouble with both regarding heel abrasions. When worn without socks the foot bed lining feels moist even though your foot and the lining are not. Otherwise I liked the look, color, arch support, and cushy bed.

I absolutely love the service and selection I get when I shop at Zappos online. Selections are really (as promised) shipped immediately and delivered almost overnight. I always get what I order and returns are no problem at all. I just received Privo Jervis shoes and I wore them all day. Excellent fit, style and comfort.

I went to my mailbox to pick up another order and having forgotten about these shoes coming, they were a surprise! When I got home, I opened them immediately and I instantly fell in love! They are so cute (at least to me), Privo does such a good job of coming up with new styles that are not at all your cookie cutter shoe. I grabbed socks, put them on, walked around for awhile and yippee! They fit! They are cushy and comfortable, have plenty of room in the toe box and pretty good arch support. The elastic across the top of the foot gives enough stretch in that area. The color I ordered is "charcoal", but for the life of me, I see brown and so does my son. I'll be looking forward to wearing these in the wet Washington weather because they give your foot coverage all the way up to right below your ankle bone. So, another happy customer of Privo and of course, Zappos, how I love my Zappos!
