I love these shoes so I ordered 2 pair. The reason is because they are so comfortable. The construction on the bottom protects you from shock of hard floors and really does have good traction. I usually just get a medium if it is a lace up shoe. I was so happy to find these because they fit my foot very good and I can tighten with the strap if I need to. Zappos has the best shipping and customer service.

I have two pairs of Privos bought 2 and 3 years ago, size 5 1/2. Kempsey in 5 1/2 is 1/2 inch shorter than the two older pairs. I reordered it in size 6, and it is the same length as the other 5 1/2 shoes, and 1/4 inch narrower, which makes it a little too tight. Privos have gone from "The Most Comfortable Shoes I Ever Wore" to "I Guess They'll Be OK When They're Broken In." Privo, why did you have to mess with a good thing?

The size 5 I ordered was a little too tight, and I had to exchange it for a 5-1/2 which was perfect. I have 2 other Privos (Sofrito and Khloe) in size 5, but they are more of a "sneaker" so they are wider. The Kempsey is more of a "shoe" with a narrower toe box. It\'s comfortable, but I wouldn\'t say it\'s the most comfortable of my shoes. The picture doesn\'t do it justice. I wasn\'t even going to buy it until I saw a pair at a store in person. I like that it\'s a casual shoe with a "dressier" look.\r\n Zappos service has always been amazing. I ordered this shoe around 4PM on a Sunday. Monday was a holiday (Columbus Day). I received the shoe on Tuesday and called around 4PM for an exchange. I got the new shoe on Wednesday!\r\n

Buying shoes from Zappos has been very convenient and successful in the past. I was looking for a shoe similar to some Easy Spirit shoes I bought last year. These looked like they were the ones I had been searching for. I was disappointed when I tried them on. They were too wide and the velcro did not tighten enough and provide the support I was looking for.

I feel like I'm walking on air when I wear my Privo Kempsey shoes. They are so comfortable, just as were my other 2 pairs of Privos. The service was absolutely fantastic. I received the order the day after ordering and since I requested the wrong size I was sent the next size the very next day. Had I known it would be so fast I could have given the first pair to the delivery service rather than go to UPS for the return the next day. My excellent experiences with Zappos have been heard by everyone who has complimented me on my shoes.

I want to thank you for the great service and selection I receive from Zappos. It was very hard to shop for my brother-in-law because, his feet swell very badly. He wears 12 1/2 6E. With you it was no problem. The quality of the brands you have are simply wonderful. I just had to share this. In this day and time it is very hard to find great customer service.
