I really love this backpack. I needed a new one because my old Jansport had fallen apart, the straps were uncomfortable, the plastic length adjusters broke and became really sharp,and it was too small to hold my laptop, books, etc. This backpack was perfect for what I needed. It fits everything, it's comfortable, it's got two side pockets for water bottles, and a special pocket for my sunglasses!

Solid back pack. I wanted something that was large enough to hold my laptop, clothes, etc. for random trips and this does it really well. Construction is solid, lots of pockets, etc. Highly recommended.

This backpack is terrible. I got it last week and it already broke. The shoulder and strap already snapped off and now I have to duck tape it together

Ordered this for my daughter who is headed to college. Even though it is marketed as a man's backpack it felt appropriately sized for a slender young woman. She liked the roomy capacity and several compartments and pockets; it seemed very well constructed and sturdy. The subtle pattern makes it a bit elegant and out of the ordinary without standing out in an obtrusive way. Hooray for Zappo's almost instantaneous VIP shipping! I did not worry about whether the pack would arrive before she left for her cross-country trip to school.

 |  | Zappos Customer Service, You probably hear mostly from people with complaints. I wanted to take a moment to send some positive feedback. Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
