Basically these jeans are awesome. I took the advice of the other reviews and ordered a size up and I'm glad I did. I was worried they would end up being too long, but that wasn't the case. I'm not a super skinny girl and my husband usually says that the skinny/pencil leg jeans don't flatter me very much, but he did not say that about these. The color, quality denim, and details make all the difference. They are absolutely perfect tucked into boots and even with flats. The elastic waist band also is great under longer shirts and sweaters. I can't say enough about this great purchase!

 |  | Dear Zappos, I am a very happy customer. I wanted to write and tell you HOW MUCH. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes from Zappos online in the past few years. I live near an outlet and have only been there once. I buy shoes for everyone; me, my husband, my grandkids. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zappos, never been refused wonderful and courteous service. There is no one out there in the world that I know of who has the customer service you do. It is unparalleled and the reason people come back and back. Zappos is successful in every way because of the customer service. Shoes can be bought anywhere. Customer happiness cannot. I have several stores and online sites that I will never shop at again because of customer service. I only give a place of business, including restaurants, one time to mess up.
