My son loves the look of these shoes, but we have had to return them twice. The first pair tore at the seam near the toe on the 3rd day of wear. The second pair tore at the same place the first day of wear. For this price I am not letting my child wear torn shoes, so we will now buy something different. To their credit, Zappos handled the returns with their usual excellent customer service.

My son is very picky about shoes and wanted these and only these. Zappos had the best price, free shipping and we received it within 2 days; could not have asked for more. I will definitely use Zappos for all upcoming needs.

I bought these for my 4th grader for back to school and he loves them. He says they are very comfortable and stylish. True to the size.

My son loves them! They came fast. The fit is great. They run small, so get them bigger than a regular shoe.

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
