I had foot surgery, this is my shoes I ordered. They are the most comfortable as yet, even make your foot look smaller. True to size and extra wiggle room. Love them, the speedy delivery from Zappos is remarkable. Keep up the good work!

I would recommend this shoes, very comfortable but not a true fit. You may need a whole size larger than you normally wear. I'm a nurse and I'm on my feet 14 hours a day, these shoes in the right size are comfortable all day.

Shoe Size: Felt true to size
Sad it didn't fit - This is a great shoe, but since my right foot is a bit longer then my left and these shoes taper at the toe like most ladies athletic shoes, my toe bumped on it on the outside. Wouldn't be comfortable for walking my 3 miles a day. I wear a 12 N most of the time, but since I wear thick socks with this type of shoe I ordered the medium. It would have been okay otherwise.

 |  | Zappos Customer Service, You probably hear mostly from people with complaints. I wanted to take a moment to send some positive feedback. Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
