These shoes are very stylish, I had high hopes for them, but the minute I tried them on, I knew they are going to hurt my feet. The bottom of the shoes feel slippery, not much grip. I am a size 7 1/2, but these shoes felt really tight on, more like a size 7. I might get the size 8 to see if they fit better.

This is a gorgeous shoe; it even manages to look better in person than it does online. However, the fit is terrible. Impossible to walk in for more than 5 minutes comfortably, these shoes hurt the feet. Indeed, they\'re all leather but these Steve Maddens seem to be nothing more than shiny plastic. I am forced to return this shoe, even though it looks so boss, because the quality is cheap but the price isn\'t.

Great little shoe! I've been looking for a shoe like this, and of course, the only place to find it was Zappos. I purchased this shoe in the black leather, and yes, it does look more like patent leather. It really makes it look dressier. I wore them to school (I'm a substitute teacher) the day after I got them, and they were so comfortable! The fit was very good. I read the other reviews and noticed ladies found the heel to be a bit uncomfortable at first. So, I pulled it a bit on each side of the heel to round it out; no trouble, because the leather is very soft and supple. If you wear a lot of the "menswear" style, these are perfect. They do go very well with slacks and I think would dress up a pair of jeans with ease. Thanks, Zappos, for your great customer service by phone, the free shipping, and your wonderful products!

These shoes are amazing. They look adorable with everything and are surprisingly comfortable. If you are between sizes order the larger one. I am usually a 7.5 or an 8 and the 7.5 were too small and i had to exchange them for an 8, but the shipping was free so it wasn\'t a problem.

This shoe is super cute! I did find it ran a little small and had to exchange up a half size, and I also put an insole in the shoe to increase comfort (personal preference), but all in all the shoe is very cute and boyish. They were a bit tight around the back, but that loosened up after a few wears. They are very shiny (mine are cognac), so be prepared for that!

These are great shoes. If you're like me and prefer not to have such a shine, take a little acetone (nail polish remover) on a cloth and buff it right off. My oxfords look like a great vintage find now, and they're only a few weeks old. Go 1/2 size up because of the narrow toe. They seem to take a bit of breaking in, but mine are already ready to go after a few days of solid wear.

These shoes are definitely true to size and I \'m satisfied with the overall appearance. My only complaint is the width of the heel because it seems a bit roomy. No matter, I put Superfeet dress inserts into them and this helped the heel issue and improved arch support very well.

These shoes are amazing. Just as cute on as they are in the photos. I got the black and was a worried they would be too shiny. Given, they are shiny, but it is not obnoxious. The heel was a little stiff and gave me a small blister, but it has gotten better now that the leather is breaking in. These shoes go great with everything. They were definitely worth going through the breaking them in.

 |  | My order was placed on a Thursday at about 4pm and the shoes were on my porch the same time the VERY next day. Right after I ordered them you sent an email stating that the order was being shipped out right away with NO EXTRA CHARGE TO ME. This excellent customer service must cease at once. I am just not used to it. The shoes were ordered for me to wear to my daughter's wedding and I was hoping that I didn't wait too long to find dressy shoes for my wide feet. The shoes are lovely and perfect.I have ordered from Zappos in the past and as I recall was equally pleased, and have spread the word about Zappos’ quality and customer service (esp. to my wide footed friends).
