Exceptional Shoe!! This is one of the best shoes I have ever owned - unlike some of the other GUESS shoes, this boot is soft, good quality leather, looks good, is light, and wears very comfortably - highly recommended!

	I have told EVERYONE about Zappos.com. I first heard about you from a co-worker who is a shoe freak - she loves your site. When I couldn't find the shoes my dad has worn for years anywhere in local retail shops - I visited your site and found the exact pair, size and FREE shipping. I was hooked. When my stepdaughter said she needed a dutch oven for X-Mas, I immediately logged on and found not one, but 2 styles at great prices - and FREE shipping - so I ordered BOTH of them - THEN today I get an e-mail saying you've upgraded my shipping so she'll get it in time to use for Thanksgiving cooking - HOW GREAT IS THAT?
