I like the style of these shoes and since I walk a lot - by choice and for work - these shoes have been great. I don't know if it was just my left foot, but the top of my left foot rubbed a bit when I first got these. I wore thinner socks for a while and it has not been a problem since I have broken these shoes in more. These were true to size and very supportive.

I love these shoes! I have several pairs of Danskos, and the Solstice is just a little bit different. They have a slightly different look: a bit dressier, sleeker, higher arch, and not quite as "boxy" as the others. I bought them in red, and I'm thinking about getting them in black, too. They were comfortable right out of the box, as Danskos always are, but the arch feels a little higher than their other styles. And as always, thank you to Zappos for such excellent service!

There is something amiss with the conversion of the European to US sizes. I ordered the 43, which is listed as a 12.5/13 women's US size, and these were at least a size too small. I know that I normally wear a 12-12.5, so these should have been well within the right range for me according to the listed size. I have had this problem with Danskos in the past as well. I really don't recommend ordering these online, because of the serious sizing issue. I had to return them and Zappos was fabulous about the return, but what a hassle!

I love these shoes. I did order a size up and they fit perfectly. Very stylish and comfortable. I am thinking about ordering another pair in brown.

Worst danskos ever! These are the first Danskos I've ever had problems with. They gave me blisters on both heels and on the toes on my right foot. There is a ridge at the back of the shoe that was extremely irritating to my foot.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: I usually love Danskos!

These shoes are cute, but seem a little short compared with typical shoe sizing. They also are narrower than typical Danskos - good if you have slim feet.

I love Dansko shoes, the style is very cute, but I had to return the Dansko Solstice - it was uncomfortable for me to wear - pinching my feet. I wore them around the house hoping they would feel better, but they never did.

I have been wearing Dansko shoes for years and I love them. The past couple of years I moved to another brand for traveling because the weight of the Danskos was becoming prohibitive. This summer I bought two pair of the new sandles and was happy with them so I was anxious to try these more streamlined clogs. I ordered my size and also one size up after reading some of the reviews. My regular size was the perfect fit and I really like these shoes! The snubbed toe initially did make my right foot feel as if it were too short but it really isn\'t and I got used to the different feel of the shoe. I love the new weight and I hope that Dansko will make more selections.

I just received these shoes today in the mail and I put them on and immediately fell in love with them! They are stylish and very comfortable. I went walking with a friend and they felt like they were already broken in. I'm thinking about getting another pair in a different color.

This shoe is really comfortable. I have a high arch and need good arch support; the second I put the shoe on I knew it was a keeper! It's a little clunky looking, but not bad with cords and jeans.

Very comfortable, really a great shoe. My last pair of Danskos were about five years old; these don't seem to have been made with the same quality, which I was sad to see, but overall I do love them.

I love these shoes. Very comfy right out of the box. I liked them so much I bought a 2nd pair in brown. They seem to be a little higher than the regular Dansko clogs, but these new soles offer great support. They seem a lot lighter than the professional clogs, too.

I love these shoes! Incredibly comfortable and good looking. I am a size 9 and I am happy that I heeded others\' advice and ordered up to a 40 (my Dansko professional clogs are a 39). The shoes are a perfect fit. And, as usual, Zappos service and delivery were outstanding!

Love these! I had a pair of the professional clogs that my dog decided to chew on. They were great except for after a long day, the top part of the shoe would dig into the top of my foot (I have high arches). These are great and don't dig into my foot. It's almost like you don't have a shoe on! Love them! And they're cute, too.

True to Dansko, this shoe has wonderful arch support for people with medium to high arches and could comfortably support your feet all day long. The toe box is roomy, and the footbed is soft. Worn with slacks, it has the look of a boot, but is good looking enough to wear with a shirt, too. It's not as clunky looking as Dansko's other clogs.

I love this Dansko style. It is a bit dressier and lighter than my favorite "Professional Cabrio" pairs. Solstice style definitely complements business casual wardrobe. I found the Solstice style to be true to Dansko sizing and fit, which does taking some getting used to, but once you know, all day comfort is there!

Fantastically comfortable shoes, I had to go with the next size up because my \'normal\' size was too small. These are much cuter than the \'professional\' ones and still really comfortable if you\'re on your feet a lot. I\'m still getting used to my heel coming up in the back (they\'re supposed to do that) but all in all I am very happy.

Great shoes, as all Danskos are. I've never had a pair that I didn't love. I wear them for 3-12 hour shifts a week, oftentimes it's 3 in a row. I can't do that in any other shoe, except for Frye boots, but can't wear them to work. Highly recommended!

When going to the store to try a pair of the traditional Dansko styles, the top of my foot would be in excrutiating pain due to my high in-step. So I was looking for a style that had some elastic or flexibility on the top. This style is great! I\'m on my feet the whole day and my feet do not hurt at all. I highly recommend this style if you want a pair of Danskos and have a high in-step.

These shoes are great. The fit is perfect and I can wear them 12+ hours a day and my feet still feel great. I have been wearing Dansko\'s for over 10 years both for work and play. They are awesome.

Love the look of these shoes, but sadly have to return them. Based on other reviews, I hoped they would fit my narrow foot. I normally wear a size 6, but because several reviews said they run small, ordered a 37. About an inch too long and much too wide. Unfortunately, Zappos is currently out of stock on the color I want in a 36.

Since I have very small feet it\'s difficult for me to find stylish, comfortable shoes. I recently purchased the Dansko Solstice and am very happy with my choice. I love the heel, comfort, and style. Other reviews said the shoes run about 1/2 size small. I agree with that assessment and wouldn\'t be able to wear them if they were any bigger at all.

I wore the heck out of my last pair of Danskos, till the heel cup shined! I was excited to get these new ones; the added arch support felt terrific. About a month later, they still feel terrific, but the leather is cheap. It scuffs if you look at it funny. Bottom line: I'm sad to report that I would not recommend these to a friend. I'll be contacting Dansko for a refund.

I purchased the Dansko Solstice in black brush-up size 37. I have five other pair of Dansko, all size 37. The Solstice fits a bit small. I think it\'s barely a 37, but I compared a 38 at a retail store and that was way too big. I have a narrow foot and high arch. I think anyone with a wider foot may find these confining. They also required a bit of break-in time, something I\'ve not experienced with other Danskos. I love the style and they are much lighter than other Dansko clog-types I own. Also the leather seems of high quality and appears to be very durable.

These shoes were very comfortable while working in the hospital setting with all of the walking, standing, and sometimes running that has to be done as a nurse. Thank you Dansko for another great product! I will be purchasing your product from Zappos again.
