Shoe Size: Felt true to size
This is a reasonably priced basic running shoe. My son has nearly flat feet and seriously overpronates; these shoes are very comfortable for him. They seem to wear out quickly but maybe that is because he is 11 and wears them every day. He is on his third pair.

I really like this shoe. Simple. As someone with a high arch, extremely wide feet and clocking 25-35 miles per week, I am fairly demanding of my shoes. These shoes felt great straight out of the box and have remained comfortable and supportive since. Nice style too, not too over the top. Having tried more serious/expensive running brands like Mizuno and Saucony, the move to Asics is working out great so far.

This was my first order from Zappos. Shoes shipped directly to my son in college. He's happy. I just ordered shoes and received them in 24 hours. Service couldn't be better!

Great price-comfort ratio -
The overall feeling of the shoes held no surprises in the arch or width or anything, but I have low arches so it may be different for you. They take a few miles to get worn in, but they get fairly comfortable once they're broken in. I overpronated with the last pair of asics I had (can't remember the name of them) but running with these has completely taken it away. Other than that they feel really loose around the ankles, these were definitely built more for endurance than comfort with the large amount of tread on the bottom of them.

I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
