I purchased these shoes a couple of weeks ago. I have trouble finding a great pair of pumps; I wear flats most of the time. The first day I wore these shoes I had no problem. They were very comfortable and the shock absorbency that seems to be there is awesome. I don't hurt in my legs or feet when I wear them for hours. A great pair of shoes.

Fit is true Ecco fit but unlike other Ecco shoes I have, the leather is a bit stiff and the shoe really needs to be broken into. I developed a blister on my heel the first day I wore the shoes.

 |  | I must say, I'm always impressed with the service I receive from your company. Regarding my recent order...it's a funny story. I was contemplating driving to the mall to look for shoes similar to what I ordered. Luckily, I didn't. We had flash floods, and roads were closed (specifically the one leading to the mall). I opted to shop online. Now, I always choose Zappos as my first search engine for shoes because I always have success, and most often get them within 24-48 hours. It's impressive, really. However, today, I found the shoes at a different place for cheaper. Not knowing the time line of when I would receive the shoes, I chose Zappos instead because you are a trustworthy, reliable company. I guess you could say I'm a loyal customer. So, in a world where customer service has really fallen (in my opinion), thank you for being not only speedy with your shipping, but hassle free with returns, and just awesome. I will recommend you to anyone I know. Thanks again. It really does count and keep up the excellent work! It is a true testament to the management of the company!
