 |  |  | I've placed several orders with Zappos and have been satisfied each time. However, I feel compelled to write this note today because of the above and beyond service that exceeded my
expectations with this order, as well as the most recent order prior to this. The order referenced below was received less than 24 hours after it was submitted. WOW - how do you guys do this? I got home from work to find a Zappos box waiting for me and I couldn't believe my eyes! On the most recent order prior to this, there was a mix up that took place in shipping that resulted in my order being shipped to another customer. Before I even knew that there was a problem, I had received a phone call and an e-mail from a customer service representative who informed me of the mixup and then explained what had been done to correct the problem. In addition, she e-mailed a coupon for 10% off my next purchase. And to top it all off, my order STILL arrived in only two days! I meant to recognize this effort at the time it happened...but unfortunately I got sidetracked and neglected to so until now. Thank you for your continued great service. I am totally sold on Zappos and will be a customer for a long time to come!
