Adorable, but too small for school. This would have been a great backpack for pre-k but is too small for kindy. I made the mistake of buying a Paul Frank backpack (online) based just on how it looked and that my son liked the design and it was junk. So we decided to get the Mighty Keendom and the North Face "Scatter" to compare the two. The Keendom was too small to hold a regular school folder and though my son doesn't have books in Kindy their only requirement was that the backpack be large enough for a folder so obviously we went with the North Face Scatter and will be sending the Keen back. It is very well made and adorable, but just too small.

This backpack is great for smaller kids. We got it for our kindergartner and she loves it. It is big enough to hold her lunchbag, but not so big as to overwhelm her as she carries it around. And the mesh pockets are perfect for her water bottle. The purple color is really nice, good for a girl or boy, and dark enough not to show daily dirt. We looked at a lot of backpacks, and we are very happy with this one.

I purchased my 'dream come true' boots, & although you didn't have anything to do with 'making' them you had everything to do with me getting them finally. I have been looking for them since I saw them (or this design) in Spain 5 yrs ago. Locally I found them only in one place & they were sold out. Again sold out on the store web site, & nowhere else had anything like them. But at Zappos...BINGO! And, I received them in only TWO days. You are fantastic!
