I wanted to like these shoes, but couldn't. The toebox was big, as was the heel, which made them slip on my feet. I bought these shoes to run around town with jeans and maybe light exercise. I am a runner and overpronate, which these shoes made me do even more. Also, the comfort was not what I had expected. However, they are still totally cute, and I wore them around the house for several hours trying to see if my feet would get used to the different structure of the shoe. No luck. I had to return them.

I bought these shoes for my granddaughter for back to school. They are exactly what she wanted. The ordering process was a breeze and they arrived almost immediately, before the projected delivery date, by the way. Not my first visit to Zappos and I am sure it won't be my last. I am very very pleased with Zappos

I ordered these shoes to replace some other Nike Shox my daughter had worn out...she absolutely loves them, they look so cute on her feet. She is on a college dance team and loves to wear these on her mandatory runs. Thanks.

 |  | You need a portal just for testimonials! I am an enthusiastic fan of Zappos! I live overseas but I have a home in USA. I shop the latest styles and fashions on Zappos.com in Denmark, ship them to my USA address and pay with my Danish bank card...no hassle. Your “competition” will not allow me to do that and they place the burden of identity verification on me. When I try to place an order from Denmark to ship to my house in USA they cancel my order. When I call in to determine why they do not use a more sophisticated method of credit card verification like “Verify by Visa” they tell me they cannot reinstate the order. I spend about 3K per month in shoes alone and I am more than happy buying them all from Zappos now. I shop Zappos exclusively now for the great customer service, ease of use, selection and confidence in knowing that the purchases I make will be honored in a way that provides service to the customer. I started with buying shoes, I am now looking at all the other wonderful things Zappos offers as a result of the service and value provided through this company!
