I bought these shoe to square dance in and wore them for two long days in a row at a convention, right out of the box. This really tested the shoe! I have a high arch and a wider foot and straps across the top of my foot is usually not an option for me, but these shoes work beautifully for me (I did order a wide). I have been wearing them regularly for about a month now and they are really comfortable, well made, and make me feel really smart for ordering them. I also get a lot of compliments on them.

I love Sofft shoes. My size is 8 1/2 Wide. These felt more like a 9 Regular. Also, the toe felt a bit longer than it needed to be, like a bit more pointed. All in all, these are still very comfortable shoes. I wore them all day long and they did not need any break in time.

Wonderfully comfortable dress shoe! I have problem feet (bunions, neuroma, arthritis) and I can wear these shoes all day. In fact, I broke them in at a trade show where I was on my feet for many hours.

Cute and comfortable. These are great as everyday walking heels. Rounded toe, t-bar strap and border stitching keep the styling feminine and interesting. Padded suede footbed provides nice cushioning for the soles. The width is just right so toes aren't squished. I wear between a 6.5 and 7. I ordered a 7. Fits just right. The leather is soft and the color, a blend of dark cocoa and maroon, looks great with dark jeans or black straight legs. Great value; these shoes look more expensive than they are.

This shoe is adorable, and as all the other reviews noted, it runs small and the toebox is tight. I ordered my regular size of 7.5 and immediately sent it back for an 8, which Zappos sent before I have even sent back the other pair.\r\n\r\nBut even with a 1/2 size bigger, by the end of the first day of wearing it, when I had done a lot of walking, my feet were killing me. I didn\'t have any blisters, just too tight and tall for lots of walking and working a college fair. Great for anything less than a 12 hour day on the road.

Very comfortable shoe. I needed a somewhat dressy shoe for an event in Seattle in which walking a distance was unavoidable. In addition, I have wide feet with high arches. These shoes fit all those parameters perfectly. Now I am wearing them for work. \r\n\r\nZappos is the greatest!

I was very happy with this shoe. It is comfortable (of course, its Sofspots!) with nice style and color. The only problem was that the width seemed somewhat narrower on the left foot. The problem is most likely with my foot though, and not with the shoe.

Very practical and cute shoes. I can wear these shoes all day without any discomfort. The heel is low and stylish and the sole is non-skid. The leather is very rich-looking. The pillowtop instep provides a lovely cushion without compromising room for toes.

I have a wide, hard to fit foot. I bought these in a 9EE and at first they felt great. I love the padding in the sole of the shoe, the wide heel makes them easy to walk in, and the heel of the shoe didn't rub. After about an hour on my feet, walking and dancing, my toes started to hurt. The toe box narrows pretty sharply after the widest part of the shoe and there isn't any give in the toe area. My toes were hurting the next day and the littlest toes were swollen for another day. The shoe was cute, the leather was soft, the insole was comfortable, the widest part of the shoe fit my feet perfectly, but the toe box was just too narrow for me.

Not for wide feet! I got this shoe in 8.5ww. I wore them around the house for 2 hours and my feet fell asleep! I could still feel it the next day. It felt like I bruised the ball of my foot, especially my right one. This was really cute on. Looked great with suit pants. Really cute shoe, but not right fit for wide feet.

If you are after comfort and a high end look, but not wanting to suffer through the spikes and pointed toe, this is the shoe for you. I have major back and feet issues and can wear these all day and walk in them.

Softspots Marilyn is a great shoe, comfortable and the heel is the right height. Zappos.com is a wonderful web site. I have difficulty buying size 5 shoes with a 2 inch heel. I can always find my preference on Zappos.

Very comfortable, of course because they\'re Softspots. I\'ve been wearing this brand almost exclusively now for the past 15 years. What impressed me the most was that they don\'t slip off my heel because the strap is high enough to keep them on. I also had to order a half size larger. I usually wear 9-9.5 WW with Softspots, but the 10WW fits much better with this the Marilyn shoe. It goes without saying that Zappos service is out of this world!

A fabulous T-strap -
This is another excellent shoe from Softspots. The style is classic and beautiful. The heel is not too high. I usually wear a 9WW but in this shoe I needed a 9.5WW, which fits perfectly. I bought both the black and the brown. The brown is a good dark cocoa color. Buy this shoe before it's gone!

The customer service is the best of any company I've ever worked with. The entire process is painless. If for any reason the order doesn't work out, Zappos is amazing about returns/exchanges, they pay for shipping and their response is fast and accurate.
