Shoe runs a bit large, but great customer service!
I bought these for my sister for her birthday. We are both consistently a 9.5 in Puma. They were a bit large, especially in the toe area which folded strangely when bent/walked in. I returned them and ordered a 9 for her. I ordered at 6:14pm last night and the shoes were delivered this morning. They fit perfectly. Zappos is fantastic.

 |  | I ordered some Globe Castros, but they were too big and so I needed to send them back. I was surprised at how customer friendly the instructions were and how quickly I was able to get my return label. Immediately after that I put another order except one size lower. Apparently I checked today and my item was put on priority with no extra cost. That is awesome customer service. Thanks Zappos team and continue providing this outstanding service!
