Haven\'t had these very long, but they are very cushy and could be worn outside. I\'m keeping them for indoor only. True to size. I would recommend.

This was my first time using Zappos after hearing about them for quite a while, and even seeing them profiled on a news show. I prefer trying the shoes on in person, but I needed a pair of house slippers and couldn't find them in a brick and mortar store this time of year. So I looked at Zappos and found a pair that looked good. Service was a snap and easy as can be. I assume it would be simple to return the shoes if I had an issue, but I didn't. They fit great, are very comfortable and I love them. Next time I need shoes, I'm going to check them out again. Thanks Zappos!

Got these for my Dad who was having trouble finding slippers in the middle of the Summer. Actually ordered a few pairs from Zappos and brought the store to him (since returns at Zappos are so easy). Was a fun concept for a birthday gift and the Smartdogs were definitely his favorite. After making fun of the color of the inside lining, he was surprised by the comfort and support. They\'re winners!

I ordered these for my boyfriend because he wears slippers from the time he walks in to when he goes to bed and he wore his last pair out very fast. So far, he likes them. They are good on his feet and back. Let's hope they last! It’s been about a month now and they are still intact.

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it! I love your company, site, and all you stand for and do for your customers. I can't thank you enough for making my day! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
