I like the slippers in every aspect except one the die comes off on your bare feet. If you order it in a non-dyed color it would be five stars in all categories. I will add praise of Zappos, its employees,and its service.

These slippers are the best slippers I have ever had in my entire life. I have worn them for over 2 years and they are just starting to wear out. I wear them in rain, snow, sleet and even in the summer time. I highly recommend these slippers since they wear well and provide years of comfort. You can even ski down hills with them in the event you need to. A+

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site – I would probably fill one out after every order.
