These are amazing comfortable shoes. I use them as my everyday pair for walking and working around the house. They are sturdy as well as good looking. Not for a night out on the town, but as all around everyday shoes you can not do better. I bought them to replace a similar pair of the same construction but a style that is not made anymore and between the two models have been wearing Merrill World Forum shoes for about 3 or 4 years.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I am a very happy customer. I wanted to write and tell you HOW MUCH. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes from Zappos online in the past few years. I live near an outlet and have only been there once. I buy shoes for everyone; me, my husband, my grandkids. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zappos, never been refused wonderful and courteous service. There is no one out there in the world that I know of who has the customer service you do. It is unparalleled and the reason people come back and back. Zappos is successful in every way because of the customer service. Shoes can be bought anywhere. Customer happiness cannot. I have several stores and online sites that I will never shop at again because of customer service. I only give a place of business, including restaurants, one time to mess up.
